GREAT dinner at Town Club tonight!!! Reservations are essential -- we called ahead and were able to get in short notice on a Wednesday night, but they are very popular & advanced booking is always recommended. Service was impeccable, and all of the food was fresh, delicious and served in enormous portions! Shout out to Tiffany, our outstanding server. Martinis with stuffed bleu cheese or anchovy stuffed olives were gorgeous! This place rightly has a stellar local reputation for quality, and we were not disappointed at all! Highly recommend!
Ordered the Club Ribeye Medium and was well done. The server offered to have remade I declined so I could eat with my family. The manager took 10$ off. Cheese squares are amazing! This place is old-school supper club. Service was a little slow. I would give another try just to see if it was an off day. My family's steak was good.
Fantastic restaurant. Hidden gem in Highland Indiana for sure. Our guy Rick was awesome. The whole staff was awesome. The food was so good + very reasonably priced. I also really loved the laid back ambiance that went along with a restaurant that has been in business for quite a while and clearly knows what they are doing.
Very extensive menu, never had a bad meal here yet. I had the walleye special and my wife had the fried shrimp, both were very good. I also had the potato soup, very tasty. The charged prime rib is very good. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We have been going to this place for years the quality of the food has been going down in the last year a few weeks ago the pork chops were very dry. Tonight my husbands steak was inedible it was like a big hunk of rubber there was no way to even cut it. We showed the waitress and she took it away she said she would take it off the bill. We always pay cash because you get a coupon for a free appetizer on your next visit. The waitress never came back with our coupon after about ten minutes I went to look for her I saw the owner and asked him about it. He said “ I already paid for your husband’s dinner you don’t get a coupon” !! How could he pay for it when my husband could not even eat it. We also had a coupon for $10 off with two dinners which they did not take off and also charged my husband for his salad and soup. So all said we basically did pay for his really bad steak that he could not eat We used to love this place but it has really gone down hill with quality and friendliness. We used to. Years ago we needed reservations for a Saturday night lately we did not need them they always have empty tables.we would sit in the bar area and laugh the owner always asked if you had a reservation even though there were lots of empty tables if you did not have a reservation he would say I will see what I can do. I can see why when the owner is not a nice person.
Very unassuming place from the Street, but pleasantly surprised. The food was terrific and much classier than expected. What the staff lacked in service they made up with friendly attitude. Part of the charm is the old supper club feel, which is cozy, but certainly dated. If I were local, I'd be coming in frequently!
The ambiance was quaint, and the food was good. We went for lunch and I had the Cheese Squares as an appetizer. They were delicious as was the beefy noodle soup. The steak sandwich was good. It came with sweet potato chips which was served with melted butter and brown sugar and was good! I'm going to go back for dinner and try the prime rib which is what they are known for.
Customer service wasn’t so great for my table , we didn’t receive dinner rolls either . I felt rushed . The food we ordered was nothing to brag about . Although this place was highly recommended by a friend of mine . I won’t be going back .
