Jared with towmator towing is great at handling my car. 2004 Ford mustang ball joint took a go at it. he pulled up and made us feel like family. Instead of a number. Definitely recommend and would use again. Thank you sir!
Jarrod was our tow truck driver. My wife and I were stranded on the side of the freeway at 2:00 o'clock in the morning out side of Beebe.Jarrod got there in a timely fashion considering he was on another call.When he pulled up the first thing he asked was,"Are you guys Alright?" I replied "yes, we are now". He tried jumping the car at my request but it didn't work so he got us hooked up and loaded then proceeded to tow us back to a Car mechanic shop in Searcy. But before he left us there he made sure we had a ride coming, and he even left us with water! It's safe to say I'll be using 'Tow Mator Towing' again! Makayla was cool too! So thanks Jarrod for going above and beyond the call of duty!!!

My son and grandson were going down interstate when the wheel came off the truck. Fortunately they were okay. Thanks to Jared at TowMater for getting there quickly and get the truck taken care of and them home safely on Friday evening
I had to have my truck towed to a local shop and I cannot recommend this company enough! Cody got out here less than 20 minutes after the call and had me hooked up and ready to go. Fast friendly and reasonably priced, cant beat it.
Jack did an excellent job and was extremely proficient! Couldn’t have asked for a better person in a stressful time!
