It's difficult to get excited about a pharmacy but I have been using this business for many years and have always had great service. Extremely convenient extended opening hours and a great owner with a lovely personality and always helpful and friendly.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I was desperate to get my child’s prescription, and all pharmacies were closed locally.
I called this pharmacy and they were closing in 5 mins. The pharmacist waited for me and done my child’s prescription without even hesitating! Cannot thank you enough as child has been unwell for over a week.

Came here for earwax removal, unaware of how bad it was and walked away feeling like a new person! Surj was fantastic, patient and attentive - would highly recommend. Thank you Surj!
Would give no stars
Went there on Sunday evening for a prescription issued and signed by Scott arms dentist.
Told it requires a stamp from the dentist, returned 20 mins later with the stamp then told that 500mg/5ml antibiotics were not regulated to be issued to adults only 250mg/5ml.
This is a lie turns out he didn't have the correct concentration so tried to palm off children dosage to an adult with gum infection
Went back to the dentist who hit the roof with the pharmacist for not reading the full prescription and identifying ALL of the errors in one go and for misleading us.
Wasted 50mins
Total jokers
We came to the pharmacy for advice and support of medication given abroad. Aaron pharmacist was professional and polite. He went over and above to help and support us with information on medications.

1 particular lady in the pharmacy thought it was clever to discuss my mental health with a pharmacist holding her arm up to conceal her face when she was talking ,slagging me off,she should be sacked immediately horrendously disgusting pharmacy
STAY AWAY
Today I found myself in Towerhill pharmacy after having a funny turn while driving after a minor procedure. Surj and his team immediatly reached out to help and support me and showed me nothing but genuine kindness. It warms my heart to know that there are still sincere, caring people around and this pharmacy owner and his team are just that.
