Robert has worked on my last three cars. I have AAA 100-mile tow and have towed cars TWICE from Visalia to Robert because I only trust him.
Most telling: once my car was having trouble and I was convinced my alternator was going out. Turns out I had dirty battery posts and nothing was wrong with my car. He wasn't even going to charge me, but I still gave him some $$.
He's ALWAYS BACKED UP so don't bug him with the "is it ready yet" calls. But there's a reason he's always backed up....with regulars!!
Read through these reviews and observe how MANY people use the word "honest" when talking about this shop. Honesty is hard to come by any more and this shop is the epitome of an honest business.

very dope people ! got my oil changed here robert was quick widdit and went out his way to reset the oil change light for me n he made sure all was good w my car i definitely recommend this place they’re very passionate in what they do best of da best you cld definitely trust them to get ya car right :)
Great mechanic!!!!!! It's about time I can find someone I trust. Small place but very Honest people. Well worth giving them a try. No monkey business, or gauging your pocket book. Trust me when I say this mechanic has many years in the business and is known for his expertise.
They have worked on my car a few times now. With the different repairs I need education on my 2000 SUV, their price was the best, their very friendly and they know what their doing. I trust them and know my car is in good hands. Both of them take pride in their work and stand by their job. My car runs great!!!! Thank you making us feel comfortable, we had been to other mechanics and I just didn't feel right. You're in the right hands at Tower Automotive.
Robert is the best !!!! He helped us fix our 2000 Chevy blazer. He was very knowledgeable but what we love the most was that he explained exactly what he was going to do and why he was going to do it and ASKED US before he did it !!! Thank you Robert we will be back. If you need a mechanic we definitely recommend Tower automotive repair!!!!
During the two years I lived in Fresno, this was my go-to car shop. The customer service is excellent. If I needed work that they didn't do (such as windshield repair) they advised me on where to go, what sort of work to expect, and how much I should reasonably pay. I trusted them to be honest with me and take good care of my car.
Called to set up an engine diagnostic appointment. He told me to be there at 9am the following day. I got there at 8:50... building closed. I waited until 9:05, then left a message and went back to work. He calls me at 9:15... no apology, like "Oh, I must have missed you. I'm here now". Bad first impression... especially given the time, money, and trust that I was prepared to invest.
