This is my second time ordering here and my family lovesss the food. Unfortunately there was hair baked into the bread on my Cheese Steak. Having employees wear hair nets is basic health and safety.
I ordered 40 wings and specifically stated that I wanted them fresh/cooked to order. The wings were not fresh at all They said 10 minutes, but I arrived in two minutes My wings were already packed and in the bag This place use to Touchdown quality, now its fourth down punt Will no longer patronize this business
Food was disgusting. Chinese lady who take orders very sarcastic for first-time customers. Very rude mouth. Make sure you check your order. Don't trust these trifling people because when I got home, we opened the bag and instantly smell burned food. The lemon pepper wings had very little seasoning. Plus, it was over fried to the bone. The fries smell like use old burned grease. I had a large order. Nope! Never again! They just want your money but don't take pride in cooking decent food that people pay for. I'm done wasting my money at this type of restaurant.
We moved up from Florida and my daughter found this place.usually the wings are ???? but tonight around your product didn't taste the same the wings I mean.maybe it was the Cook whom prepared them. I paid $17 just for my meal + ordered 12 additional wings. Quality first, that's what keeps the customers.
I frequent this Touchdown Wings and it is always good. Staff is friendly and I've never had a subpar experience with the food. I rated the atmosphere 3 stars only because I don't dine-in so I'm not as concerned about the overall atmosphere so long as the food and service are good. That's not to say that the atmosphere is bad or anything, I'm just indifferent for my own personal visits.
I definitely plan on being a repeat customer. Friendly staff, clean, good food at reasonable prices. Expect to wait for your order which is fine because each order is made at time of placement. Reasonable wait time. Plenty of tables to sit and wait or just eat inside if you choose. I like the option that if you don't want the fountain drink with you combo meal, you can opt for the variety of canned drinks. I would highly recommend visiting. So many choices of wing flavors. Only downside is deciding what off the wonderful menu you wanna eat ????.
The service was good but I didn't care for the boneless wings and fish. The flavor of the wings was good but it seemed like they could've been cooked longer. The fish was thin. More batter than fish. My husband was pleased with his.
i’m a regular customer and i finally have time to give them a review. my food is ALWAYS fresh, customer service always 10/10 . if they make a mistake it get fixed with no problem! i most definitely recommend if you in gwinnett area.
