I use this service through my insurance for medical support and though I appreciate that rides are free, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous and customer service is rude, interrupts me when I'm explaining, and does nothing to rectify that my cab is sometimes an hour and a half late.
I also want to note that one woman, upon entering the vehicle and putting on my seatbelt, told me that I didn't need to use a seat belt then proceeded to drive like a maniac.
Use to LOVE this company. Prices have increased. Which I get but the Border increase is literally insane. If I get a ride right in the border on the NY side it’s only $18 however TWO TINY MILES over it’s $22 MORE!!! That’s basically $11/MILE just for crossing the border! For a total of $40 ONE WAY! And let’s not forget that you end up being LOW priority! I don’t know how many times we’ve had to call and be told half hour and end up being over 5! Then they say they will let us know when it’s our turn and never come! However with all the doubt in the world we decided to try again-for once in their life they were there in the time they said but we had to cancel because we didn’t have enough to get back home so we paid for their time anyway! And got a bunch of attitude from them this time so we decided that’s it. They are not respectful to us but charge an arm and a leg! I’m sorry you should probably have a bit more respect for someone who was consistently paying $40 one way just to get to Elmira and paying that much you really would think that it’s a first class thing. Pretty sad that UBER will take us all the way back home from Elmira for $20 but this place wants $40 if Uber provided it from my home to Elmira it would be a game changer! They have a $30 round trip! However a round trip from my house to Elmira with this company is $85 I asked them why it’s more expensive and they basically say that it’s keeping them from getting other customers, like excuse me, id love to see them make over $80 within the 45 minutes it takes to do a round trip. Guarantee they would never name more than $30 in that timeframe! We definitely decided to start a company ourselves that will charge far less! Mincost is $5&that gets you 2miles, $10 will get5 miles.$20 will get10 miles &$25 will get15 miles $30 will get 20 miles $35 will get you 30 miles and $40 will get 35miles.so basically far cheaper than these guys! They may be busy in the morning but they will try their best to getcha where you got to go on time. I just suggest allowing them some extra time during busy hours.

Absolute worse cab service I've ever experienced coming from Los Angeles that's saying allot. Always late like astronomically late, on average I wait anywhere from 1.5 hours to 2 hours after they tell me it will only be 20 minutes n I'm there next pickup I may see them 45 to 70 minutes later. drivers are always texting while driving, speeding like crazy going 55+ in 40 mph zones. Dispatchers are absolutely worthless with their communication skills. If they weren't the only can service available id absolutely NEVER EVER EVER EVER use this dreadful service.
Quoted me $105 for a 30 minute ride at 4pm on a Saturday. Trying to be responsible and arrange a ride from our hotel to a wedding venue instead of driving after having some drinks. Insane.
Wait time is terrible waiting a hour when they said 15 mins there so unreliable
