I needed the transmission on my 2008 Ram 3500 rebuild and upgraded, it is my work truck that I use to pull a 32 ft gooseneck trailer, so I needed a reliable shop to take care of it. Ron and his staff did just that. I have ran it for over 40,000 miles now without any problems! They also replaced the rear main seal. Ron goes above and beyond, definitely recommend!
Had two cars repaired here so combined experience was exceptional overall. A custom lift kit to our Tahoe, previously had a completely shot suspension. Ron did a thorough, personal analysis and diagnostic assessment before offering options. in addition to options, Ron added some personal suggestions and helped get tires from a 3rd part to help save some money instead of trying to sell with markup. The attention to catered personal customer care cannot be overstated.
Second car needed a new rack and pinion, and same treatment/service from Ron. He helped me get the car back on the road in a couple of days after extensive work. His honesty and integrity in the quality of the work done at the shop will keep me coming back.
My experience with Ron has been the best out of any other automotive shop I have ever been in. Even compared to the Infiniti dealerships when my car was under warranty. My second time bringing my car into his shop I felt confident he could identify and fix all of the problems. He replaced my entire clutch, rear wheel bearings on both sides, a full brake job front and rear, and both serpentine belts all in a matter of 2.5 days in the shop during the Christmas holiday. He knew exactly where he could get parts in a timely manner, and he never used it as an excuse to tack on any extra days. He is highly knowledgeable of imports and domestic vehicles I would recommend him to anybody!
