Small sandwich shop sandwich was ok wasn’t expecting it to be on regular bread slices but it tasted ok and fries were fresh lady was friendly but only spoke Spanish which for me is fine but might not be ok for people that don’t speak Spanish
The Swiss chicken sandwich was amazing. Rose fresh and off the grill everything was lovely and crunchy. Absolutely worth the wait.
Positives: Love the food here! The sandwiches are really good. Toasted sub sandwiches yummy. They have smoothies! My fave is strawberry banana. Street parking available. Small restaurant with about 3 tables outside only for dining.
Negative: make sure to carve out time when coming here, the sandwiches take time to make.
To get an idea of pricing, we bought 3 sandwiches and 3 smoothies for about $44
It was the last meal I got to enjoy with my daughter as a 46 year old Boston resident, it was great, I world never want my last meal there to have been any different.
Sandwiches are great, but I came back recently just for the strawberry lemonade smoothie. It's just that good!!
I have no idea what authentic Dominican food is, but I'd say this is probably really close to it. The Dominicano and papaya smoothie were fantastic, the perfect lunch to bring home after a walk around Jamaica Pond. Can't wait to go back and try the other sandwiches and smoothies!
Two different times in a 6 month span and they are closed before the time they have posted on Google. Second time around I assumed it wasn’t a mistake when Google said 8 but they are closed and it’s 6:58! Crazy thing is I call 3 min before showing up and was told they were open and when I walk in the female behind the counter is counting money saying sorry I’m closed.
I got a Dominican sandwich and a papaya smoothie, it was delicious, great place to stop in for lunch.
