Amazing service! They are always very professional and courteous.
Do not go there. They improperly installed parts to my vehicle. Cost me an extra 150 to get it fixed by another mechanic due to their mess up. Again do not go there .
Torres garage went above and beyond when our car broke down south of Robstown. They stayed past closing to wait for our tow truck to arrive, ran a quick diagnostic and gave us an honest and fair estimate and even encouraged us to contact our dealer about a warranty, which thank God we have. Service was quick and honest - hope we don’t need it again but if we do we’ll definitely return!
Asked them to come out to check batteries on a truck that would not start. They made the repairs without calling with an estimate. Prices on parts were marked up 100%, labor rate was ok, but they had a $70 credit card usage fee. Definitely took advantage on their roadside service.
I cannot remember the technician’s/mechanic’s name, but when you think that most of humanity has gone to the crapper, you find that one person who makes you think otherwise! I definitely appreciate what you did for me and I hope this 5 star rating helps this business. I highly recommend this shop and you’ll definitely be getting my future business. Thank you!
