Great pub with a warm and friendly atmosphere....aided by the heat being produced by the wood fired stove!
A fantastic selection of hand pulled real ales, including the brilliant Titanic Brewery's "Plum Porter", make this place an essential part of any trip to Dolgellau and I can't recommend it highly enough.
This place is amazing! We only popped in one evening for a cider. But, it taught me the value of quality over quantity. It’s such a beautiful little spot in a beautiful town, and the people and fire made our time in wales so much better. Thank you for the work you do and the space you have created! ????????✨
Great value Sunday lunch. Choice of meats or veggie and plenty of tasty veg as well as yorkshire puds. Puddings available but we were too full to try then. The Torrent's so popular you should book. Good drinks selection including great wines as advised by Dolgellau's famous wine expert.
Impromptu dinner on Easter Sunday, food was simply gorgeous. Service was friendly and came out with perfect timing. Definitely recommended! Dog friendly too!

They have a great restaurant. The food is excellent and the prices are moderate. I haven't used the rooms, so I don't have an opinion, but it was nice and clean inside the hotel. I used a very clean and comfortable toilet. I would recommend this place even though it is a bit on the side of the main street.
