Dentist was absolutely fabulous. Achilles explained everything. Put me at ease as a nervous patient. I felt really comfortable. It was definitely the best dental treatment that I have had in a long time . He answered all my questions. A great experience will definitely come back
It was very easy to register over the phone and first appointment made. I was welcomed by the reception staff and seen very promptly by the dentist. Very good experience at this dental practice today. My dentist was Neil and his assistant Marion in room 4 on a Saturday afternoon @ 2pm. I hope I got the names right ✅️
This is a review for Dr Egle and Nurse Sandra. This two are the best that I have ever met. That are so nice calm and happy people. I am a very nervous person when it comes to the dentists but both of them reassured me and made me feel safe.
They don’t mess around they give appointment quickly and try their best to make sure I was comfortable.
I really recommend asking for them if you are a new patient because you are set for life with a good dentist and dental nurse.
The practice manager is an obnoxious, rude and aggressive woman.
She is also known to be in the habit of telling open lies.
She has zero respect for human beings and should not be working among people.
A lot of people will be very happy when she quits, hopefully rather sooner than later, as enough is enough already. The staff are intimidated by her too.
Avoid this place like the plague.
Last week, I had the very good fortune of being treated by an awesome dental professional duo - Dr Egle Petrauskiene and Nurse Geanina.
In my many years of requiring dental checkups as we all do, I can affirm without hesitation that Dr Egle Petrauskiene and Nurse Geanina are THE best dental professionals who I have had the privilege to entrust my dental care to.
My review will not truly do justice to the epitome of awesomeness that they are but I hope it gives one an idea of the quality of care to expect.
I explained from the outset that I do get more anxious than most. Not only were they very gentle, empathetic and caring but went the extra mile by accommodating my hesitance to recline completely. The reassuring voice of nurse Geanina, the reassuring voice of Dr Egle Petrauskiene, the pleasant and soothing ambience created by the calming soft and peaceful musical background was everything.
Even with masks on, during my treatment, the care reflected in their eyes was so palpable.
I had, had my rescheduled appointment cancelled by another dentist who disappointingly did not have the patience for my avoidance behaviour. It turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to me in this regard.
I was so greatly impressed with the high standard of dental care and skill as well as the empathy shown to me and I now look forward to my next routine appointment so much so that I actually booked it at reception prior to leaving the dental surgery. I’d usually have procrastinated a lot. What a wonderful dental checkup experience! Thank you so much Dr Egle Petrauskine and Nurse Geanina. You are THE absolute best of the very best.
Do not recommend! I have been using this dentist for years & always thought the level of customer service was quite shocking.
The last time I visited the dentist she left me feeling very intimidated with the questions she was asking re my app. After an X-ray told me I needed x2 fillings and seemed quite pushy to have them done asap & I’m so glad I didn’t have done. I have since found another dentist who did another x ray & confirmed I didn’t need any!!!! I won’t be going back there!!!!!!
Dr Rupali has been my dentist for many years and her work and professional conduct is Excellent.I always look forward to seeing her.She us very kind and caring,and so is her lovely assistant Rachel.They are both a very big credit to the organisation and wish them all the best in their endeavours.

After developing a toothache the previous evening, I contacted Torrence at 08:05. At that point a voice message said, ‘Your call is very important to us please wait for the next available agent you are caller number 3 in the queue.. Twelve minutes later I was still number 3. I began to have faith when I got to number 2. Shortly after that the phone rang and I rejoiced that I was closer to getting someone to help. It seems that that was a mistake, because shortly after, the phone rang off and I was transferred to another system(voice messaging)I was no longer in a queue system. For the next 48:00 minutes I listened to :-
‘We will connect your call shortly, our receptionist is aware that you are waiting…’
The message should have been, ‘Please hang up because the receptionist has no intention of answering your call this morning…’
At 49:00 minutes I rang off and dialled again.
Can Torrence be soooo busy or was my call being ignored?
Of course my toothache hadn’t disappeared and I needed the problem addressed as a point of urgency as I would be leaving the country in the next two days.
I hung up and dialled again. Once again I was in position 3 waiting a further 10:00 minutes before getting to position 2 and then position 1. I thought at this point I was about to speak to someone. Instead my call was taken once again out of the queue system and put on (voice messaging).
“We will connect your call shortly…
Having waited a further 32:00 minutes I gave up.
You can always tell an employer from an employee… No employer would treat a customer so shoddily.
I waited a total of 01:22 minutes while a receptionist ignored my calls. It would have been a much better service to leave a voicemail so that ppl can leave messages and then the receptionist call the patient back. I’m guessing that may not work as many ppl would leave abuse at the appalling service. ????????????????
