By far the best shop in town! Very friendly, helpful and honest! Cosme and his crew go above and beyond to take care of your needs. The work they did on my truck is guaranteed for life. It doesn't get any better than that! These guys are the only mechanics in town that I fully trust to do the work right and not gouge me on the costs. They also have many other services besides diesel work. They are all-round mechanics that can meet just about any repair and maintenance chores that you need on gas and diesel vehicles.
Stalled, stuck and stranded on our travels across the country. Mike and his crew took us in that same day. They were able to diagnose our issue immediately. The truck was a recent purchase to us. Mike took the time and went through the truck with us reassuring us of our recent purchase. We were glad the truck decided to act up in Buffalo WY! I broke down in my 6.7 ram Cummins while pulling my 5th wheel about 40 miles before I got to buffalo. Torque diesel got my truck in fast, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired my truck with quality work at a great price. They went above and beyond to take care of me and get me back on the road! During a trip to Buffalo, WY from MT, we had some issues with our diesel that needed fixed before we could return home. It was immediately apparent that Mike was an expert. He diagnosed our issue and got us back on the road despite an already full schedule. After we returned home, the work of a local mechanic wrecked the tune on our truck. Mike was quick to assist in getting us back on track and his follow up was amazing. Going to a mechanic out of town can be worrisome. Our experience with Torque Diesel was one of honesty, expert knowledge and reasonable cost. Would highly recommend!
My truck lost power about 44 miles south of Buffalo, Wy. on my way home to Montana. This was about 10 am on Thursday morning. I called AAA and they set me up with Expert Towing out of Buffalo. Pax the owner of the towing company gave me Torque Diesel as the place to go when he got my truck to town. I checked and saw they had a 5 star rating and was very happy to see that. We got my truck into them about 1 pm.
I had already talked to Lena at Torque and filled her in on my problem. She is an incredibly nice lady. I knew they were very busy and it would be difficult to get my truck in right away. I let them know that I understood and could wait. The mechanic, Mike and I discussed what had happened. He said they would try to work it in. It was repaired by the next afternoon, at a very reasonable cost. They found the actual problem and fixed that. No extra parts were thrown at the issue.
I I would definitely use Torque again in the future with no reservations. I highly recommend them if you are going through Buffalo.
If you are reading these reviews, you can see that Torque Diesel gets nothing but 5 star reviews with glowing narratives. Those reviews are what sent me to Torque when we had an engine light appear after hauling from North Carolina on our way to BC with our 2010 Ram 2500 towing a 5th wheel. We quickly realized why the reviews are so good. Mike was really busy, which says a lot, but managed to work us in the next day and diagnosed a speed sensor as the problem. His wife Lena drove us back and forth from our campground in town and Mike drove to Sheridan to pick the part up. They had us back on the road within a day. While he has the truck on the lift, he also spotted several loose bolts on the transmission and tightened those, saving us what could have been a real headache. I can't say enough about their customer service, forthrightness and honesty. I told everyone in town about them. Run, don't walk here if you have any kind of issue with your diesel. And by the way, if you know anything about human nature....well, Mike and Lena's eyes both speak nothing but honesty. THANK YOU MIKE AND LENA!!
Mike and his wife are super people. we broke down during our travels and mike did everything he could to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. I recommend if you need diesel service of any kind go see them. they will treat you right.
So I was driving through Buffalo and had some major mechanical issues with my driveline on my RAM 3500. Had my family with me and my camper. After doing a little bit of review of the local shops my wife and I felt comfortable bringing our truck here. I stopped by 1st thing in the morning on Monday, they worked me into their very busy schedule and got me out the door for a very reasonable price ( 6 hours later).
Going in I was highly concerned of being the outsider being taken advantage of as I traveled through. They assured me this would not happen and it did not. Highly recommended if I ever come through here again I may just stop for maintenance. Incredible group to work with they treated me like family. Thank you so much.
