Took my truck for a crankshaft seal replacement bc it was leaking oil from there. I don’t know if they did it at all or not and the funny part is I found the seal puller tool under my truck on the plate under the engine
I did a oil change on my truck and I asked if they could rethread my oil pan because it had stripped out and was leaking oil they didn't bother to try and make an appointment they just told me to buy a oversized drain plug and do it myself. That is not the right way to do it for one thing because next oil change it's going to strip again and for another that's not what an oversized drain plug is for. You rethread the oil pan then put the oversized drain plug in so it fits good and you're not just cross threading it. If you want to keep customers don't tell them what they need to do. make an appointment and get it done right.

I can't say enough great things about these guys! One of the best mechanic shops I've ever dealt with. They did a fuel injected 74 Corvette for me, rebuilt press fit turbos (and way more) to beef up an Ecoboost, replace a rear end in another Ecoboost after someone hit me, and repairs on 4 or 5 other vehicles. One time they let me bring in a transmission and warned me about the warranty issues. They were right and the transmission was off. They fought for me with the supplier to get what I needed and make it right. (I paid extra for it but they went above and beyond.) Truly though, they're my favorite shop because they seek perfection and they'll make right what doesn't work perfectly.
I want to thank Zac and the installer for the great lift for my Tacoma. Zac provided some good advice, and it turned out just like I wanted. Great customer service, everything was very smooth and easy. I highly recommend Torq'd!
I don't have a big bad a$$ truck, but if I did I would bring it to these guys. They always got some fine automobiles sittin out front an some unique lookin builds goin on.
Shop was highly recommended by several people but I still checked out other shops. This was by far the best shop I went to. Best shop I have been to. Guys were great to work with and even though they were swamped with work they got my car in and fixed quick. They didn’t play the games that I’m Accustomed to with every other shop. They were real and easy to work with. I highly recommend this shop and will be a repeat customer. Also no better price around.
