I always try their new taco every time we go and the newest one “scallywag” is yummy! We also get the hilly billy queso. The fried avocado tacos and the mofeaux are delicious vegetarian options. And props to the bartender because every time we go the margaritas are spot on and made so well!
One downside recently, was they started putting the sauce on the tacos, which is fine but for the breakfast tacos that my kids ordered I said no sauce and they put it on the taco two times ???? I think it’s a new thing but that’s the only thing that needs fixing! (This is not the Boulder location)
Also a great option for tasty food for us as a family of four!
We absolutely love Torchys and the Westminster location is top notch. Cody was extra helpful. Always a good experience when we eat here.
Great food, super fast, and a variety of drinks to choose from. Lexi who took our order was so incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful! The space was clean and welcoming and the high energy from staff and guests was so fun. Great experience from start to finish!
Queso is unlike any other!!! An absolute must!
I don't drink tequila so I cannot personally speak of margaritas but I can share that friends are obsessed with their frozen margs!

Variety of unique and tasty tacos. Queso is flavorful and not runny. Tacos are a higher price point but filled well with quality ingredients. Can get very busy and crowded. There should be a way to scan receipts for past visits to get credit.
We love this Torchy's. The bartenders are amazingly fast and very friendly. Justin and Amanda are always just spot on. We have had great surprises with how good their concoctions are.
The queso and guacamole are the best around and the tacos are so good every time we go there. We visit this place as often as we can.
Customer service was the absolute best! The employees were a breath of fresh air.
The food was really good! I had the Ace of Spades from their secret menu. It was so good everything was fresh and tasty.
The place was a little loud, but the staff made up for it.

First time visit! Ariel at the front was very nice guiding us through the menu. Queso, and tacos had great flavor and you can tell everything is fresh. 5 stars for sure!
