It's a Topper's pizza. Greasy, good pizza, stix and more. I like the stixx better than the pizzas but it's all good. A chain, so expect the same as everywhere else. Service depends on who's working. Atmosphere is like every other Topper's, a pizza themed place like all the others, red, white, black. There's always coupons, deals or something happening. I'd never pay full price.
Always a swift and easy ordering experience. Courteous staff who made sure my order comes out both on time and accurate. Glad to see the consistency carries on between branches. Look forward to more ordering experiences in the future
Disgraceful! I ordered and waited an hour when the person on the phone said it will take 40 minutes. Also, he didn’t even put in the order and we were waiting for no reason. When we called back he got mad for no reason and ended the call mid conversation. Horrible service. DONT ORDER ON CALL!
Ordered Stix today and was highly disappointed! Took several minutes to even be acknowledged by someone- the man that checked out my order was not friendly. I opened the box and the sauce cups were not only incorrect but broken open. Instead of getting back into line and waiting I left- not going to even waste my time. Then one of the worker brought a order out with their apron on. So unsanitary. Will not be going back.
I used to live in madison wisconsin. Found the tapper's pizza there really love the Hawaiian pizza. I ordered one from Oshkosh tooperes there. Was not impressed will never go again. I will drive hour and a half or wait till I'm in Madison again
What a joke! Store was supposed to open an hour ago, said it was closed online. Called, got someone overseas that said the store was supposed to be open but they couldn't get ahold of anyone so no one must have shown up. Then i asked a question about the menu and that person couldn't answer that either. Hilarious.
I'll delivery orders are constantly 45+ min late. Every time Ive ordered from here the food takes more than an hour to arrive and looks like the drivers throw them at the door.
Don't give them service unless you really like your food being cold and messed up.
I think delivery service has suffered a bit since they switched to using doordash (I ordered via main site). It arrived after an hour (it used to be 30 minutes- pretty fast, considering that I'm 10 minutes away) which isn't a big deal IMO, but I only got the pizza and not the topperstix I ordered (Driver said they didn't give him the topperstix, no idea if it was the kitchen that messed up or if the dasher helped himself to dinner). The pizza was delicious as usual, at least, lol. Love the honey drizzle
