Ohhh Toppers.
First the service was not really up to par the last couple of visits. This visit in particular I placed my order online and arrived at Toppers about 7 minute after the time that it said it was out of oven ready to go. I enter and am not greeted. Waited for a couple minutes and a gentleman approached the counter and just looked at me. Okay than. I said hello, I ordered online. He states the total. I pay and he goes back and says, it will be out the oven in a few. He then leaves the restaurant (I assume he was a driver).
I stayed waiting for 6 minutes more are I notice the orders stacking up on the heat rack. Other customers come in and wait along with me. The lady at the oven after an additional 3 minutes after the other customers come in finally comes and starts searching for other customers orders. Though I'd been standing for quite sometime I donnot lose patience and await my order. She finally gets to me and give me my order.
The food has been delicious for a while. But recently, it's been slacking off a bit. After I got my order, you can see the quality in the photos I post. Toppers did me dirty. Pizza small , bubbles in Crust visible with all the ingredients pretty center loaded as if it were slopped together. Horribly distributed butter/garlic sauce on oversized Crust.
Toppers Is so delicious and I hate having to put a negative review on a place I've loved, but that is the trend recently. In hopes that it get better .
Ordered thru Uber Eats. The pizza arrived lukewarm, although the driver seemed to have retrieved it and driven directly to deliver it. A good pizza needs a good crust, and this one was nothing special, especially considering they advertise fresh dough daily. It seemed like a premade, frozen deal. Wouldn't order from them again.
During a study session with my friend, we decided to get some lunch from toppers. All I can say was it was not disappointing. The pizza was tasteful and delicious. It was well baked and cooked perfectly. The chicken and sausage were both well cook and seasoned. By far the best pizza I have eaten in my life. It was also non greasy. The inside of the place was also very aesthetics. Although it could be a bit pricey and you also need to buy for ranch and other sauces. When making your order you prolly going to be shocked by how expensive it is but it is all worthy. Also eat it when hot, do not let it sit cold for a long time. The taste is not the same. If you haven’t try it, I recommend you do so at your earliest convenience.
We ordered at 12:30, they said delivery would take 30 mins. By 2 they still haven’t delivered the pizza. When we look in the pizza tracking, it says it’s still being made and should be delivered at 12:45. When we try call it automatically turns off and they are impossible to reach. We already payed and they took credit info. I don’t think I will get my pizza tonight and I doubt I will get a refund.
I work third shift at a hospital and unfortunately at lunch Toppers was the only thing still opened. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza that's it nothing else on the pizza. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver 1 latge pizza and came to 35 dollars. When I received the pizza it had onions and bacon added. I'm muslim and do not eat pork. I called to have the order adjusted or refunded since my break was long over. They told me they could not remake the pizza and I could not receive a refund that I would need to call in the morning to speak to a manager. When I called to speak to the manager she said because the pizza was not returned and it was the very next day the best she could do was remake the pizza. The pizza could've been remade that night it's a whole nother day and I did not want the pizza. I never received a refund nor a pizza and the bank refused to refund my money because I "received a pizza" although it was not what I ordered. NEVER AGAIN!
These 5 stars are for Hayden, if I could give toppers 0 stars I would. I went in one night to get my order and it was all kinds of messed up, of course I'm not going to trust the same people who ruined my things to fix them so I went in the next morning. Hayden was so awesome she completely fixed my order and changed my outlook on the place for a moment until I remembered what they did to me. I don't even want to recall the disasters my order caused me and my family before Hayden helped us... Honestly you should put her in charge because if it weren't for her I would never come back to this place again.
Inexpensive pizza and breadsticks with su h great taste. The garlic parmesan sauce has a slight kick, but it definitely is savory. The pizza sauce tastes so smooth and the canadian bacon was my favorite topping.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the store/general manager to see about making up for the service I received. I was told I would receive something in my Toppers account but I had to go online to make one. I went through everything sent my account info and haven’t received anything. The manager no longer replies to my emails. So we are going from 2 ⭐️ to 1.
I was motivated to come on the $4 medium 1-topping pizza day. I was so disappointed for more than one reason. Although the waiting display helped a bit the fact that we had to get in each other’s personal space just to hear because the music was as loud as a night club. But I had over 15 slices of pizza with no topping on it even though I paid for extra sausage. The kids were crying I felt overwhelmed. I should’ve went to little Caesar’s or PJohns.
