Simón and another girl was super nice ☺️I forgot her name but I came to get a manicure and pedicure and it came out so cute for my prom
I went yesterday to get acrylic nails and my toes done and tell me why it literally took 3 hours just to get that all done. I go to another spot literally across the street that does them wayyyy NICER and exactly how i want them with really good customer service. The lady said it would take 2 hours yes because it was supposed to be a really fancy design but she literally changed up the whole look it doesn’t look anything like how i wanted and she charged me before she even started working. She charged me $121. Not even that but she picked my nail shape for me when i literally showed her what i wanted. She was rude too and can’t do nails. I’m sure it was the owner but yeah this spot is not good im never going back.
Have been going to this salon for over 4 years. The manager always seems so miserable and is rude but I overlooked it because Mia was so sweet and did an amazing job on my pedicure. Today I came in to get dip on my nails. Mai did my nails and charged me $5 more than it actually costs. I asked why I was being charged more? At first she said it was because she cut my cuticles (I never asked her to) then she said it was because she had to file the gel off my nails (which comes with the service for free) then the angry manager said it has always been $40 not $35. Which is super interesting because I took my mom there to get dip 2 weeks ago and it was $35. I told her to keep the extra $5 and my mom and I won’t be coming there any longer to get our nails and toes done. She said ok! Horrible customer service, no wonder why they are never busy. Lucky I have another nail salon right by my house. CUSTOMER BEWARE they are not friendly at this place and WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR THINGS YOU DIDN'T APPROVE OR JUST BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT!
I had an eyelash appointment with Julie today at 12. I waited for 40 minutes before Julie finally was ready. At the 30 minute mark I had complained and the worker who helped me apologized saying Julie said she didn’t know I was there despite me checking in. She finally started my lashes at 12:39pm and finished at 1:17pm. When I asked the girls up front for a discount bc of the time I had to wait and the rushed service Julie came to front upset saying it’s not her fault “she’s busy” when I already knew it was actually bc she didn’t know I was there. Additionally she said I can’t be her client anymore because I asked for a discount. I would understand if it was me that was late but it was HER. And I would have understood if it was 10-15 mins late but she was FOURTY minutes late. They didn’t even give me a discount, they gave me a $10 gift card for “next time”.
Expensive. Worst job i have ever had on my nails. She tried to charge me 45 bucks. It's all crooked. The white shows. She didn't soften it out . I told her 40 bucks and still tipped her 5 bucks. Very rude the guy was pointing at me making me very uncomfortable. Ugliest nails I have EVER gotten in my LIFE
Cindy did my hair it’s AMAZING! I found my new hair person! She is such a sweetheart. I highly recommend her
Worst place! I came here for dip powder nails, the lady did my nails for less than 20 minutes and they charged me $50. My nails broke the next day. They are also very rude and ungrateful. I will never come back to this place!
Horrible acrylic nail fill. Bumpy, sliced finger with file and 2xs. Gel polish was thick and under cured. Already pealing off. 1 day????
