I am so pleased I found this garage!
I had multiple issues where other garages had turned me away but the guys at top techs spent time to identify each issue and explain everything to me and my options.
Wasim kept me updated and made sure I was happy with all the work completed.

I called for advice for my fathers car, and enquired as to whether they could help. Top Techs offered to see me at a convenient time for myself. I brought the car to Top Techs and they instantly got to work with the electric diagnostics test, offered solutions to the problems and we have my fathers car booked in to repair and fix the issue. First class business. Had an electrical problem with my Mitsubishi. Took the car in on Monday after 1pm, all sorted and fixed by 4pm. You can not get better service anywhere else . Highly recommend this company, if you have a problem with your car definitely go and see these guys.????. All the people I met at the business were approachable and extremely helpful.

Stumbled across Top Techs Birmingham by luck & I'm so glad I did. For the last 12 months, I had an ongoing problem with my car, which I rarely drive due to working from home.
I took it to the Audi Sepcialist based in Birmingham 3 times during those 12 months. They repaired the common issues with my car but couldn't find a fault relating to my automatic transmission gear box, randomly juddering when trying to change gear.
This problem didn't occur often at all, which made it worse & it didn't raise an error code within the engine management. They offered no suggestion & my car problems started to become worse. In the last 2 months, it cut out twice whilst driving at around 40mph, so I decided to try Top Techs Birmingham.
Explained the symptoms to them & before even looking at the car, they suggested it could be the Crankshaft Gear sensor & if it wasn't that, then they'd have to check the wiring of the car.
They took the car, changed the sensor & told me to monitor it over the next month. Well, once I got the car back that same day, I felt the difference straight away. The throttle was way more responsive, it revved consistently, it stopped juddering at times when it would normally occur & doesn't seem like it will cut out. I tested it over the following 2 days & still no signs of any issues whatsoever!
It now drives like it used to, so thank you, Top Tech Birmingham & no doubt, I will be calling them if I ever need work doing on my car again.
Too techs and top guys, taken two cars there and both times have been dealt with professionally, received quality work and both completed in good time.
The comprehensive health check with every visit was really good, I followed up on all the flaws found and it felt like I was driving out with a whole new car the next day.

Just had a my car back from the guys at Top Tech. Issue with chewed wiring in the engine. The guys gave excellent, honest and precise advice, helpful through out. Honestly AMAZING!! my car needed a lot of work, this garage kept me updated, sent me pics and vids to show issues, gave the best advice and kept prices really fair. I wont go anywhere else now. Thank you so much for your help!!
