Where do I even begin? I don’t work a hard job or do strenuous activities. I’m a home body and my nail has already popped off and chipped. The customer service was also rushed and had multiple people picking up and stopping. My nails ALREADY looked uneven and wonky but to have it not even fulfill its function is just awful.
Lee and Kevin are the absolute best! I have been going for over a year now every two weeks and it’s always a great time! I love Lee’s ideas about nail designs or how to make my nails look better! Love going there, thank yooou guys!
They always do so well on my nails! Lee does my designs and she always does a great job! These are the nails lee did for my graduation photos.
This salon charges 47.00 for a gel pedicure and when I checked in the women told me it was 50.00. For the gel with 10 minute massage. When they realize you are from out of town they charged me 67.00 saying that is the price. I let them know on the way in and when I booked they told me differently and the man was so rude yelling and calling me cheap even though I left 20.00 in tips for the service we received. They are clearly taking advantage of people and they are dishonest business and people.
I haven't even had my nails a week, cracking and falling apart! There not even all different shapes and sizes. Horribly done! The man was RUDE and kept getting mad at me and shaking my hands. Then he told me how good of a job he did and it was really hard work...it took him over 2 hour, on top of that he cut me multiple times where i was bleeding, and filed my nails so much where it was burning. Very very disappointed
My sister's and I have gone here for 1 year. We liked it cause we are young and broke and it's cheap. That was the only reason they have always been unsanitary and ride. Recently they're dreadful service has outweighed the low prices (however they recently raised the prices). I went in to simply fix my broken nail and the owners wife tells me that my color is not from this place. I said it is and found it. She then for the entire process of fixing my nail spoke in a different language to every one talking about me. I had told her if she's talking about me to speak english... She said this is not the color and how I didn't get my color from here. I told her she is starting to insult me by calling me a liar that it is my color but my color has slightly faded in the week since I got them done. And she told me well she knows every color in the business and I did not get my color from here. I told her to just do it and when it's right she'll apologize. Ended up being that I was right she even charged me for the service. Before I left I asked for an apology. She refused and responded with I never apologize.
If you are broke like me and need a cheap place to go then so be it. But you'll get the service you pay for. Reused paper towels, unsanitary equipment, and disgusting service. I learned my lesson. Now I'll pay the extra 10 bucks and go someone worthy.
The experience was horrible..
The nail techs were nice but they rush your service there. Asked for a coffin shape and got shirt squared nails and the paint job looks like a 6 year old did it.
Clumpy paint job, the edges are not even painted, no 2nd coat on some nails
Worst place. I went in with my cousin, I was only going to do a fill and a change of color for my acrylic. I originally had gotten them in Highland park. They were nice and thin and looked like my nails. I went in and right away he took my nail off without even asking. Even though I had told him that I only wanted a fill. He told me that they did them really bad over at highland park. But not even one fell. So he charged me 28 in total plus 5 for taking them off. And to top it off he made them too square and looking fake. I've never complained about a nail place until I came here. I'd prefer to go to Todd's salon or US nails.
