My daughter & I went in to see if we could get I for a small tattoo while on vacation. He fit us right in & did a great job!!! We will definitely be co.ing back next time we are in town!! He does great work & has a great personality!!
The shop was clean. The artists are very friendly and patient. It's a cool place! Jessi was awesome! She took her time to help me design the perfect tattoo! I definitely am going back! Ivan does amazing portraits! 100% recommend!!!!

Absolutely love this place! I just got my tattoo done there by Jessi and she was amazing! I loved the atmosphere and how she made me feel like a long time friend. How she helped with the tattoo and putting her own ideas in on it was amazing too, because I am always indecisive and she helped so much and it turned out even better than it would’ve with the original plan! She’s one of the best people I know and I will stay recommending her for a long time!!! Can’t wait to get more tattoos from them! 10000/10.

Hands down the best shop I have been to in the area I've tried a couple but none came anywhere close to Top Shelf. Ivan brought back to life an old tattoo and after seeing his work I had to get another piece. I will definitely be back.
