When asking a driver to move his wk truck from blocking 3 handicapped spots. And parking diaginally which made it impossible to utilize the door. I was yelled at after I had to wake the driver up. I was told to shut up and I want to go back to sleep. I then was aggressively yelled, where do u want me to park????? While standing by the door the driver then gunned it and pulled in back and charged the door and me. There was literally less then a foot between. I screamed stop only to see him slam on the breaks. The driver says, is that good aggressively. Then he guns it again and goes to a spot and apparently went back to sleep. The patient had to wake him up..i find this redicilious that this person is driving people around. His "Top Priority" is not the care of patients but apparently his sleepy time. I should have called the police honestly. His behavior was reckless, pathetic and I am sure that's the way he drives with patients. He is going to kill someone. Hope they have a good legal Team...
If I could upload a video of just how unsafe the driver was I would. Not to mention just look at the filth of the car. Not only was the car dirty. But the car was unsafe in its self. Add the car back wheels would shake and cause a loud grinding noise every time the drive was braking. The day they “strive to provide efficient car services” Well today for the second time they have failed to do just that. Ultimate fail do not use. Unsafe driver unclean vehicle and unsafe vehicle that should not be on the road!
My client has missed 2 appointments… one they sent the wrong vehicle, then the second driver was to late, second appointment they never showed up????let’s see if they show up for her third appointment she’s had to reschedule… which is a very life threatening appointment, sad we depend on transportation sometimes ,,, the drivers a very nice …. It’s not the drivers fault for miscommunication … Do better dispatch/company!
My driver was Kim and she was a lovely young lady who brought me back home from rehab. She was kind enough to even stop at Walgreens for me so I could get my prescriptions. Her vehicle was spotless, unlike Buffalo Transportation, whose vehicles were filthy. I felt terrible, though, since she has back issues and needed to take all my things from rehab upstairs to my apt...and did it graciously. I do wish that drivers would be informed if they need to carry things for patients so they don't send a driver that has physical limitations. Other than that, I was very happy with my experience with Top Priority Transportation. I wish my insurance would have called them for my doctor's appt since my primary doctor is in Lockport, also. They hired Buffalo Transportation, which was awful, and they had to come from Buffalo. I had to wait an hour at the doctor's office for my ride home and my doctor's office was closing! My experience with Top Priority was great! Thank you.
I personally have never used this company and I never will. I just witnessed one of their drivers bring a person to a known meth lab and wait outside for them to make their purchase. I am not sure if this is a customary practice in the medical transport industry but I did not see that service listed on their website.
Always canceling appointments, my client has missed 3 appointments for a broken foot!
1 of the best, they allow you to text or call and always on time or within 5 minutes.
It'd be nice if they actually answered their phones and had a voice-mail box set up....
