Been here twice so far to get my hair cut by Kevin, man is the truth and is very personable and quick/precise with his cuts. Prices are VERY reasonable compared to other barbers so is now my permanent go to. Sticks to the name of Top Notch.

Top Notch is called that for a reason. I just had my first experience there after having been to two different Barber Shops in Malta. Kevin is the best. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else. His price was $8 less than the other shops, and Kevin is a way better Barber.

I have been going here for about 2 years, never had a bad experience. Haircuts are always good with free straight edge shave to clean up the neck.
I have noticed the barber is very particular about cleanliness, he seems to be more deliberate in his actions than other barber shops I have been to.
I would recommend as a great haircut at a good price. I delay my haircuts until I can get over here to be sure I get a good cut.
I have been a Top Notch customer for almost two years. Kevin, the owner, is a master barber who tries very hard to please his customers. He does everything possible to make sure his customers are pleased with their haircuts. Besides being an excellent barber he is also a very nice guy!
