After agreeing on a price to replace my engine I made a $350 deposit, they rip my motor out & try to charge me 1500 more then when I disagreed they left it out back with the windows down to be rained in.. after I file court papers they do not inform me but have it towed 2 weeks ago I had to pay $500 to get my car out of impound & towed back to my house. They stole my battery and radio. They put the motor in the back seat & stuck the keys in the grill. Then when I called the owner to find out why my car was towed he told me my car was never there & called me a cu*t... This is how they treat their customers
Got 4 used tires and one was a problem tire. Tire went flat on the first drive and I called back. They said bring the car up here so we can look at it. So I spent the money to get it up there due to the tire being completely flat and they claimed it was a valve issue. Couple days later my wife goes to drive it and the same tire is completely flat again. I stopped in today to let them know and the response I get was... YOU GET WHAT YOU GET, it's been past 48 hours now???? I would recommend this place to my worst enemy. Terrible costumer service. Only come here if you are looking to catch a blowout on the highway. #LOWNOTCH
Bought a pair of used tires for a good price including balance and installation. At highway speeds, my car started wobbling really bad. Contacted the repair shop and was told to bring the car back to check the balance. I go back to the shop only to be told the balance was done beforehand and I should have another shop to check it. I left not trusting anymore of their work. They claim to beat other shops prices but you really get what you pay for, IF you get that. Avoid this place unless you have no other options.
This owner is out of control. Talks to customers rudely. Kept my car for 4 months did not make the repairs. Moved car to a different location. I waited over 1 hour for them to bring the car back to the shop. After holding the car hostage and receiving full asking price for repair the owner refused to come and talked to me about my car and relayed the message through his secretary....THE CAR WAS NOT DRIVABLE AND NEEDED TO BE TOWED TO ANOTHER SHOP FOR REPAIRS.
Mike came to the house and fixed my car. I had him replaced my rear brakes so I can get it inspected. I took the car for a spin to make sure everything work properly. Guess what, I did not have a brake and my emergency brake did not work. Not sure what he did but this is a major safety concern. I guess I will take my car to a real mechanic tomorrow.
Do not bring your vehicles here. I've personally repaired vehicles that have gotten "repaired" at this shop and the work is subpar and shady. Charging customers for new parts that were never put on and work that wasn't even done. Stay away
Changed my fuel pump and 10 minutes later gas was pouring like a waterfall out of my fuel tank. Called the mechanic and he said "it wasn't doing that before I left ," and told me that he would call the next day to see when or if he would be available...Say what?????
Took my money and never did the work. The second part of the job anyway. First part was done by mechanic who left everything unplugged under dash board replacement of heater coil in a van. This people are crooks.
