Just got done calling 3 minutes ago. Ask for a quote about my car and was told "I wouldn't be interested in that". Didn't even give me a price or reason.Never calling this place again.

Great service great people always get my car rite. was referred years ago by another mechanic and have been a loyal customer every since.
We were traveling from Virginia back to Florida and my Father SUV ended up with a heavy oil leak off of I-95 in North Carolina. The leak delayed us to spend a day to lookup an auto shop. I found Top Notch and gave them a shot the next day and they did a great job fixing my father SUV, it was done so rapidly that we left the same day they fixed it. I never would’ve thought that one single small part could wreak such havoc on my truck. I called these guys after googling them to get my bank 1 sensor replaced and expressed how I was trying adding through and in a hurry to get back on the road. They quoted me a price over the phone and even though it took some extra work they stuck to the price. Thanks for your honesty and expedited service guys.
My friend and I were driving to Florida and in the middle of our drive, my gravel pan fell down and was dragging on the ground. We called them and they were able to get us in and out within 30 minutes. They were so nice and helpful!
I called to just ASK for a QUOTE, not to schedule an appointment, not only did the jerk on the phone talk over me the entire time, he promptly told me he wasn’t interested in my business just for ASKING A QUOTE. I do not care how much business you have, you treat every customer with respect as if you were going to do business. Point blank period.
