My business partner used Tony's tyres last week and when I found a slow puncture on my van, he suggested I go to Tony's.
I arrived at 0915 this morning, one car was being attended too with another booked in afterwards. The guy (didn't want to be named) was very personable and asked if I would give it an hour or so.
An hour later I arrived and was ushered into position. The technician set to work and it was obvious that he was very experienced, professional and customer focused. I spoke about the laughable review given by what appears to me as quite a bitter and sad, lonely man, however, I received no comment from the technician (a very professional response I thought)
The screw in the tyre was found and in the blink of an eye the rubber was off the alloy and being warmed ready for the repair.
The service was excellent, speedy, professional, and overall, a good experience. Why would anyone go to a national retailer when this little gem is working away delighting customers and building an exceptional reputation.
I offered a £50 note which was welcomed however I did find a smaller denomination note which again was also welcomed and exchanged. Thus, I can only conclude that all notes are welcomed at Tony's Tyres and not as mentioned in other reviews! I believe that it is not the denomination of note that's the issue but the behaviour of the person offering said note. You don't need a £50 note or any other money to that end, to be respectful and nice, a life lesson I learnt at a very early age.
If you want value for money, great customer service and an easy quick and efficient tyre repair you only need to go to Tonys Tyres, where not only are the tyres guaranteed but so is the warm welcome.
They are great guys. I arrived 5 minutes before closing time with a flat tyre, and they not only changed my tyre but they had a look for a mach.
I've used them for the last 5yrs brilliant prices an service they look after you I would recommend them if you need tyres quickly there your guy's
Doesn't take card and doesn't take 50pound notes. Sat waiting then wheel removed before being told.put a sign up if u don't want custom.
Had a puncture today, which happened just around the corner from this business. The owner sorted car in just a few minutes. Really polite and professional. 5 star service. I would highly recommend this company
Took my Hyundai getz down and was given awesome service and was given 4 affordable v.good quality tyres today. Thanks again for the warm hearted service and holding them for me. Been here a couple of times now. Never let me down. Will continue to use and recommend to my friends.
Brilliant service. I phoned up to check stock and within half an hour I had a new tyre fitted. And that included a 10 minute drive each way. Reasonable prices too. Only takes cash though so keep that in mind! Cash machine 2 minutes walk away so not a major issue
