Totally want to come back and try this place! First, that's my name, and the food looks amazing. Also, right across the street from the best sign in colorado "elevation beer co" I read the sign as " elevation beer... colorado" I will be back to stop in and give a proper review of the place.
Tony is always SUPER friendly. The food is delicious, and it always comes out super fast. The prices are fair.
This is by far my favorite place to stop and eat, every time I pass through Poncha Springs! I especially recommend their enchiladas!
Very glad to find this place for a quick bite. Gentleman was very nice and courteous to us. No waiting only but a few moments for drink orders complimentary chips and our order. We had mushroom and cheeseburgers which were great. This is a no frills restaurant with average pricing and just thankful that it was in the area. They do have indoor seating. Breakfast burritos are served after normal breakfast hours.
Cool little place serving up great Mexican food. Tony is super friendly and brings a smile to everyone.

We stopped at the gas station for fuel on a cold day and hustled in to Tony's for some "soup". We left with some of the best green chili either of us have ever tasted. Service was great. We will be back.
Here's a great kitchen find heading to Gunnison or Monarch. Authentic food made by a great cook..Tony's wife. Tacos Pastor (pork) and chicken fajitas had that authentic flavor. Salsa made in house and Tony was very personable and attentive.
The gentleman helping us was so nice, the service was fast and the atmosphere was super friendly! Honestly one of the best restaurants experiences I've had in a long time!
Tony is a great host, the service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. Tacos Al Pastor and Carne Asada were fantastic. Just outside of the town of Salida is great authentic Mexican served with a smile.
