My son's car broke down on the interstate on his way home from college. The friendly team at Tony's went out of their way to take care of his car even though they were full. Fixed the issue and got him back on the road quickly. Great service and great people.
These are really good people with the utmost dedication to solving my car’s mechanical needs whether routine or major. I’ve done business with them for some time now and they have always been fair on price and courteous and quick.
My vehicle belt broke on my car while traveling from NC back to VA with my kid & dog. They got me in and all fixed up in less than 2/3 hrs. They even let my dog inside the waiting room. They were extremely nice and the price was wayyy cheaper than I expected! I'm so grateful for them ????????
Tony is a good man and he is the man you want to call when you are having auto problems. He replaced my transmission when my truck would only go backwards. When it broke down on interstate 85 and I had to leave it with my daughter. When I called him, he drove 69.1 miles to pick it up and take it to his shop for repair. He got me on the road again. Yes, I trust him and his workers to do the job. He comes when you call and you will get a job well done.
The service is always great. Whatever the issue, they fix the problem correctly and in a timely manner. They are nice, friendly, professional and trustworthy.
Very dissatisfied. I got my vehicle towed there on 3/26/19 after I had talked to Anthony and he stated that he would have time to diagnose it. Each time I called, he stated that he has not found out the problem. Fast forward two months later, I gave him an ultimatum to let me know the issue or I would take it somewhere else. He promised that he would work on it. I have always had to call them they have never called me to let me know the progress. Anthony then stated the vehicle needed a starter, which they had already put one on less than a year ago. Well, he tried a couple of starters and he said that it would not turn. The last time that I was able to speak to him (I have called and left several messages for him with no response) he told me that the motor locked up and he did not know why because the oil was clean (I service my vehicle regularly) but that he may be able to fix it and if not, I would need a motor. I told him to let me know the status. He never did and He will not return my calls. I am going to file a formal complaint. This is my only vehicle and I am borrowing someone else's to get back and forth to work. This is so unprofessional. I believe that they damaged my vehicle and now are ignoring me.
Multiple members of my family trust Tony's for honest, accurate auto repair and service. Efficiency is not a strength here, however. If time is your priority, seek service elsewhere for that day. Very easy going, approachable staff, with recommendation of another auto maintenance shop for us when they couldn't help us same day.
Chis will greet you heartily at the Carey Chapel shop, so if allergic to dogs or fearful, stick to Raleigh Road. They talk a big talk, but nothing more.
Also, no state safety inspections when internet down at both of their locations in Henderson. The Carey Chapel location sent us to Raleigh Road location, unaware their own sister store also did not have internet for days. Let's work on communication within the auto group/family.
If they treat my old 'Olla well, and the next small pickup I get, Tacoma vs Ranger, I'll detail my review better towards results of their service and performance on my own cars. Only if I don't need regular transportation daily, as our primary vehicle for commute in town is sitting at the shop for 6 days, untouched, to check a non-mechanical, non-critical observed change in a fluid.
We'll just pick it up and go to Pete's if still unserviced by day 7.
I had my car towed over there by the owner, and they couldn't have been any more stand-up. They had the truck diagnosed and the process put in place quickly.
