Great customer service, and didn't have to wait long at all.
Charged me for a state inspection I was not even due until November. All I wanted was a TNC inspection.
Called this guy to fix my valve cover gasket. I bought the parts and asked him for labor cost. The guy started yelling at me on the phone like a kid. Saying "I will not give you cheap labor if I don't get the parts for you. Go to the dealer". Then he hung up. Very rude.
The guy was really nice, my car got an oil problem and he fixed on a Sunday, was very kind and professional!

They automatically fail your car for inspections even when you got it checked from the dealer. Note, I work at Dealership.
