I burst my tyre while on holiday on NC500. The garage was amazing. Fixed my wheel within an hour (out with their working hours). Also excellent communication via text to let me know the wheel was ready.

Our fan belt shredded, we pulled in at the garage in Tongue. The guy was great, checked our van, called around and sent us to Bettyhill as they could sort quicker. Didn't want anything for this but we gave him some beer money.
We were on the NC500 and had noticed a CV boot had failed and grease had completely leaked out. From noticing to having it fixed took just 1 hour. Great price and service.
Absolutely amazing service. We were stranded with a flat tire and without a spare. Neil picked us up and changed our tire for a secondhand he had laying around. Didn't even charge us for the tire!
Fantastic service from start to finish, could not praise Neil enough. On our NC500 tour our exhaust pipe broke and after waiting multiple hours for the RAC to do anything at all, and through recommendation we found Neil at Tounge Garage. He was quick to help and so friendly and approachable. The extremely reasonable price was the cherry on top. Thanks Neil

We were on holiday travelling from Australia when our hire car had a flat tire. No replacement in the car or any tools. It was a Sunday afternoon and through the outstanding knowledge and generosity of local residents we found out that Neil at Tongue garage was having an extremely busy day. We had a few hours wait out in the countryside but to our great delight Neil arrived at about 9.30PM on a Sunday night. What a champion !! He was extremely courteous and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. He even offered to tow us to our destination for that day (Scourie) which probably would have added another 4 hours to his already long day. Fortunately he had a replacement tire in stock which saved us all. We cannot speak highly enough of Neil and his service. He was absolutely fantastic.
I do feel sorry for him having to deal with the AA as they were pathetic. We called multiple times over a few hours and got the total runaround. They did not care at all. Still waiting for a call back from them since 16/10/22 and its now 9/01/23. For all they know we are still on the side of the road !
Neil we cannot thank you enough for being so caring and courteous, which in turn allowed us to continue enjoying our holiday exploring your amazing country. We are looking forward to coming back.

The friendly owner did a fantastic job with a quick maintenance check and bulb replacement on our tour of the NC500. Brilliant service and very good price! Plus, they take card, which is a massive help for emergencies. Would highly recommend!
