Surprised to find a udon place inside SFO. The place was neat and popular without being too crowded. I had nabeyaki udon. The noodle and broth were great; the seafood not so much. Tempura udon could have been a safer choice. I appreciated the fact that I was able to eat savory udon at SFO though.
I work for sfo and my favorite place to eat has to be here simple and good food they got a ton of options I haven’t even tried and for the airport the prices aren’t bad at all.
Make sure you have time before your flight flight it takes around 8-12 minutes at most to come out but it’s worth it!
Flavorful ramen with the essential toppings here. This is possibly the only authentic tasting Asian restaurant in the international wing of SFO.
Sashimi was fresh even though it was pre-packaged in the fridge.
Good place for eating in a rush. The ramen was ready in about five minutes.

Needed something to warm my stomach and the miso soup did the trick. I ordered Gyoza as well. They didn't have gyoza sauce...they just have shoyu on the table.

I ate here couple of weeks back while traveling to Tokyo from SFO. While the food here is adapted to the California tastes it tasted pretty well. The items looked fresh as I saw the chefs preparing locally at the facility. The decor is very much inspired by the Japanese style. The staff was treating people with patience which sometimes is an issue at the airports.
It was a great find at SFO International terminal for gates G. The food quality was great, even though quite expensive. Specifically recommend the Choya plum wine shots to finish your meal with style.
