The pizza was eh. They told us that we needed to call ahead for a full pizza but we were able to get slices. That was good enough and I got cheese fries too. Definitely a very good combo to go for. I definitely recommend if you are trying to get full very quick. I loved it and definitely will be going to the Glendale heights location since I live around that area
Absolutely terrible service using the drive thru. Asked to substitute onion rings for french fries with the burger I ordered followed by a rude "NO!!" yelled in the background by another employee. Asked again if it's possible and absolutely willing to pay additional for the substitution and still told no. Really?
Always use the drive through here and employees are always so nice. Fries are always hot and crispy. Don’t forget a cup of cheddar cheese sauce.
lately, I’ve been getting great customer service. But in previous months/years it’s been dodgy. I will order sweet peppers and a tamale and drive away with no fork. Or I’ll ask for sweet peppers, and a tamale, and the peppers are refrigerator cold…
another time I had to hand the tamale back and ask for them to heat it up.
But lately, the tamales have been hot, the peppers have been charred, heated, and delicious. So I want my review to reflect that as well!

Long time customer of Tommy's but, won't come to this one again. Fries were soggy and not cooked through. Hot dogs were cold, buns were stale and veggies were poor. All the tables were dirty. A lot of flies. Over priced specials.
Our order did not come out right, this isn’t the 1st time that it’s happened and it’s not getting any better. I’ve been ordering the hotdog special for over 30 years and the hotdogs have gotten smaller and the service is going down hill.
Ordered three 2 dog specials, missing 2 dogs after repeating order 3 times. Fries were cold. They weren't busy and it was still messed up! It's gone downhill!
Great little quick diner , quicker then McDonald's on a Saturday. Had the 2 hotdog combo , and my husband devoured a meatball sub , one of the best he had in the county so far
