I've had a few problems in the recent past, and every time they've worked on my car I left there feeling good about the experience. Knowing my car was fixed properly at a reasonable price is a fantastic feeling, but the icing on the cake is the level of customer service you'll receive at Tom's Family Auto Care, you'll feel like 'family'... just talk to any customer you see in the waiting room, they'll tell you.
Took my son's car in for a wheel alignment. He's been hearing a humming while driving for a while and thought it was the front drivers bearing based on some troubleshooting but after replacing that bearing didn't get better. Thought maybe it was because the alignment was off since he was chewing up tires. Took it up to Tom's Family Auto Care for the alignment and asked if they could tell what was wrong. They quickly called me back and said it was the passenger bearing and confirmed it was loose...needed to be replaced and they will do the alignment after so I don't waste any money now. I am going to replace it myself to save some money...but I was very appreciative they were able to confirm the problem...let me fix it...then they will align when the car is safe. They have ALWAYS treated me with respect and ALWAYS given good advice. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to Tom's Family Auto Care based on my experiences with them over multiple years.
Sometimes you just get good vibes from a business, staff and owners. Tom's is one of those places. I can just tell this is a place you can trust. Very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Don't hesitate to go here first if you need help with your vehicle, you'll never go anywhere else again.
This is THE ONLY place I’ll take any of my vehicles for service. I’ve been coming here for years and the work they do has always been absolutely stellar. They are the most professional and HONEST mechanics I’ve ever encountered and one review simply doesn’t do this place justice. I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle here if you are in need of any service or repairs.
They were very helpful and friendly. They replaced a light bulb for me within 10 minutes on my Dodge Dart and ended up not charging anything! Highly recommend!
They were fast, professional and friendly. They completed my alignment and had me back on the road in good time. I am sure I will be visiting them again for my next needed auto repair.
This guy Tom it's like a miracle worker really put me at ease and done a great job on the car then I had another problem with it he said bring it back no problem he looked at it didn't seem to have a bad problem but anyways I thought he'd this place was really super super good and definitely if I have any problems with my vehicle again tom's is the one I'm going to Tom's family auto????
I called LATE on a Friday asking if they had availability quickly. I was moving out of state and something was very wrong with my daughters car. They were able to look at AND fix my daughters car the following Monday . They were honest and they did not over charge me. I am grateful that I found Tom's Family Auto Care.
