Mixed opinions about this place. The service was ok, the job got done and done right, but I don't think I will be going back. I don't want to get into specifics, but I don't believe having an attitude with a customer is a very good way to continue receiving buisiness from that customer.
Tom’s has always been the stop for automotive repairs for my family. Tim and Sean are knowledgeable, honest, seemingly passionate, and always provide excellent quality in their repairs. I’ve had Honda and Audi serviced there. I don’t usually leave reviews anywhere, that is how blown away I am and have been with their service.
When my husband was at the end of his life he told me, if you need anything for the car, call Tom's. They'll take care of you. Today I had my first flat tire emergency, and Tom's guided me in the right direction, fixed my tire, and remembered my husband and our previous cars, too. Thank you for being there for me! You're the best!

I love Tom's. I've been taking my vehicles there for years, as has my husband's family. They are honest, patient and straightforward. They have great rates and take the time to answer all your questions. They provide options depending on your priorities for the vehicle, and always do a great job. I can't speak highly enough of these guys. I hope I never have to find another mechanic!
We moved to the neighborhood about 9 months ago and wanted to "shop local" so we brought our truck to Tom's a few months back. This is now our second visit and they have been awesome to work with. The team is personable, honest, and super quick. After this visit, I can confidently say we will be going there for all auto repairs!
I love Tom's Auto Clinic... Tom and his crew and oh so friendly and always helpful. One time he helped me with low fluids, filled everything up and didn't even charge. Always willing to explain everything and loves to talk Jeeps. Great place and a wonderful asset to our mountain communities!!!
