I have been getting takeout from T & J's for quite a few years now, starting at their old location. Their food is good, particularly the grilled chicken, but their burgers, gyros and many other items are also good. I would have to say overall the customer service is good and friendly as well. Prices are on par with their competitors, and I have never gotten a meal that made me think the meat was re-heated, having been cooked some time ago, unlike another burger place that thinks it sits on a throne. My favorite local takeout restaurant.
Everything was decent here, nothing bad. We keep coming back because the food is good. The only complaint I would have is about the prices. If you get just a sandwich it seems reasonable, but when you get a small drink and fry the prices seem to go up exponentially. It was almost $29 for 2 meals with small fries and small drinks.
Aside from potentially long wait times on orders, I have zero complaints. The food is decent and the prices aren't to bad. The staff always seems very nice. I have only been through drive through, so can't speak for the inside.
Every time I use the app to order it is never ready at the designated time. Last night I went to pick it up and apparently they either gave my food away for threw the ticket out. They did not rush my food. 20 minutes later after ordering first ti.e and waiting 15 minutes I received my food. They never offered anything but an apology. I am about done. Delivery takes over an hour. This place is not as good as it use to be.
Found another place that serves corn dogs for my grandson. We lunch there because I had a taste for a Chicago style hot dog ????. My other grandson had a fish dinner and brownies to finish off a good lunch.
they used to be really good but things change... this is the second time they took 2 hours to deliver food and it wasnt even right. i brought it back to get a refund because it was cold and the shake was melted nor was it the right order and the most i could get was store credit. really sad about how this stores being ran now i wont be coming back.
Their char-broiled burgers are quite delicious, complemented by a rootbeer float. This is an excellent place and the service is commendable.
Very clean and friendly service. We had their Gyro dinner and chicken strips! It was hot and delicious.
