I'm a first-time home buyer and honestly there's so many things I have no idea what I'm doing. When I went to home Depot I had so many questions that the staff was kind and courteous enough to answer. We even had a kitchen refacing and some appliances ordered while we were there too. I would a 100% recommend this location
The store itself is great! The customer service, on the other hand, is lacking. I had placed an order and chose to use the "curbside" pickup because my grandson fell asleep in the backseat, and I didn't want to wake him as we had a busy day. I followed the instructions per the app and the sign at the parking spot and waited.... 25 minutes! I then called the customer service desk, and they said it would be right out ... 15 minutes later, a young guy brought out my order. He apologized multiple times and then said, "No one wanted to bring out your order. They were just standing around talking, so I volunteered since I was getting off for the day." Management needs to get the act together and get their employees to do their job. That kind of behavior while at work is ridiculous. Absolutely no work ethic! Now, I shop there, but I go in to pick up or by my items, I no longer use their curbside service as this location does not really provide it... they say they do, but not really.
I came here looking for wood-burning paste for some of my projects but couldn't find it. I did find a couple of wood pieces for 2 of my other projects. I'm making a Harley Davidson sign to hang above the garage and found a perfect piece for it. I also found a piece for the clock that I'm making. Can't wait to work on these.
This little shopping center has a lot to offer. Today I got my vitamins from Sprouts and some craft items from Michael's. But there is Home Goods, Party Store and more places I haven't had a chance to check out. And of course, Barnes and Noble is there too.
Imani is the best!! She is also the brow queen. I get compliments all the time on how good my eyebrows look since going to her. I receive all of my waxing services from her. Imani is personable, fast and amazing at what she does. If you need an amazing aesthetician look no further Imani is your girl! Highly highly recommend.
Day before my daughter's birthday, not that I procrastinate at all, and I needed a PlayStation 5...(teenagers get so expensive). Not the first time I've been there and for sure will not be the last because it's best to go here before anywhere else. Great rewards program, great people who work there that can answer your questions and give you the best advice since they work at a place that only sells exactly what you're looking for! So instead of wandering around aisles in a huge super***, and asking questions of someone who may normally work in the women's clothing department or the paper towel Department, GameStop is more convenient and you can bring in old equipment, old games and those items that the teenager no longer uses...even though you just bought them last year????
