7 hours Before they took my grandson, back was running a temperature a 102. Can I brought it to their attention? And they still told us to have a seat.
I probably won't visit Toledo hospital because of the long and convenient while I'm long wait.
They are very snooty, had to wait for hours to get a room. My wife was very sick. ????????????????. She had to tell them that she needs medical attention instantly. They don't seem to care about my wife's consideration, & her conditions. Doctors are not taking her conditions seriously. They just send her home. Then another patient was in a real bad car accident. They are not taking these patients seriously. It's like they don't care at all. A patient that is in a car accident had to leave because they are not taking these things seriously at all.
It's actually difficult to rate the emergency department as a whole. The employees in the reception and triage area are very uncaring and harsh. They wheeled a woman into the waiting area past everyone while she was vomiting into a bag. She was miserable and all alone. She asked for a blanket and no one got her one. You could tell she was absolutely miserable, but she sat in the waiting area for a very long time. Everyone else in the waiting room was exposed to whatever she had. At one point she walked with her bag to the bathroom. The contents dripped all over the floor the whole way to the bathroom. A nurse cautioned some other patients not to step in it, but she didn't clean it up. It sat there on the floor for quite awhile until someone complained about it and they finally cleaned it up. No compassion in triage. So, one star for that area. However, once you get seen by the staff in the patient area, they take really good care of you! So, five stars for that area.
This hospital seems very clean and run well.
I had to go for ultrasound. I was in and out quickly. I wish signage would be better. Had minor issues getting in. When leaving, a person was looking for Cardiac wing. I couldn't help her. No signage.
I'll always go to Toledo Hospital ???? They took good care of my me.
Promedica is a great hospital. Especially their NICU. Wonderful people are working there.
My husband is receiving excellent care! The staff is kind and caring!
