Great Place to enjoy with the family. It's a show when they are cooking. And it is just on loving interaction with you're kids. My children are very picky eaters But they were pleased with the cooking show. And the food it was actually such a delicious meal from the soup. The salad the meat was cooked on point. The rise was delicious. Everything was just great. Thank you for this business in the high desert. It is really hard sometimes to just drive down the hill. Just to find a good place to eat. It is one of these restaurants. Where you come back over and over again, I definitely encourage you to come and try them out. They have different options. Keep friendly handicap friendly. It is a family environment.
WHEN IM IN THE AREA I TRY TO STOP FOR LUNCH. LUNCH SPECIALS 22.95 SALAD,SOUP, AND ENTREE. FRIED RICE IS EXTRA. ALWAYS CLEAN INCLUDING THE RESTROOMS. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT FOOD AND FLAVOR. ????
???? THIS is the worst place ???? ???? to eat ! The cook was sloppy with the food thrown all over table. Messed up the orders. All food was super Salty, rice was good. Can't mess up rice. Noodles were skinny like angel hair soggy noodles. ???? tea was tasteless, soup was cold and tasted godawful. SALAD WAS SO salty had to add lemon to it. watered down sauces ????. This is not true Japanese this is fake teppanyaki hibachi! The family regrets ever going there! NEVER AGAIN!????
Unfortunately, I feel like this place probably doesn't get a fair shake. They are incredibly understaffed, which drops the whole level of service. The food was really great that was cooked at the table. The appetizers were all frozen type stuff which is kind of blah. But entrees were super good all around. I'd highly recommend it if you have time to wait & skip the appetizers.
Well this was my first time treating myself self to hibachi out here normally I will go to ojah Japanese steakhouse in Vegas but I wanted try this place out. when I got there, it took a minute for me to even get seated. When nobody was in there. I asked for a glass of water while I was waiting when I got helped, I asked for the most simplest thing steak and shrimp for lunch entrée and dumplings for my appetizers. The dumplings were stone cold in the middle. The slice sauce did not taste like normal sauce. Nothing was seasoning correctly. The strip wasn’t cooked all the way I felt like I was eating trash. I wouldn’t my worst enemy to eat there even the water and strawberry lemonade was trash. I do not recommend this at all. It’s a waste of time. This place deserve to get shut down and change those prices. If you were to keep going, spent $43 for on tasteless food.????
Okay guys this is the real Shake on this place it has gone downhill it is horrible the service the people even the owner himself here's.
My story we go like this we are there to celebrate my wife's birthday with some friends we're essentially forced to order appetizers which we're okay with that.
So we order appetizers and drinks and drinks come and we're drinking and drinking and drinking and drinking and so far no food all of a sudden the chef starts to cook and we're saying hey what are you doing now it's not just us but there was other people on a table that were waiting for their appetizers too.
We said you can't just serve our meals without our appetizers and he start laughing start making a mockery out of the the whole issue.
We call the owner over all of a sudden he speaks no English what a disaster, then the waitress was brand new had no idea what's going on with the menu she had no idea what's going on finally another waitress says oh yeah the sushi chef is cooking for another table when he's done he'll make your appetizers and we said appetizers come before the meal what are you folks doing so we got up and we walked out and left very unfortunate Scene It was horrific a lot of laughing and mocking and you know when you go there to spend money
you work very hard for and to be laughed at because you don't get the proper service or the attention that's required this is horrible situation I'm sorry it had to happen
We had reservations, and were told it would be 15 minutes. We sat down to order a drink, but they didn't know how to make any of the drinks on the drink menu. We were able to watch the table chefs cook. There was no showmanship or finesse. After 40 minutes we elected to just leave. Good decision!
I’ve tried steak, chicken, shrimp & sushi. Overall quality of food is good. Fried rice is delicious. Miso soup a bit bland. Salad dressing tasty. Reasonable prices compared to Benihana’s. They offer lunch specials. They open for lunch then close at 3pm to reopen at dinner hours 5pm.
