Best KPortal Reviews
I recently ordered lunch for my coworkers from this restaurant, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Not only are their prices outrageously high, but the quality of the food is absolutely horrendous.
The fried rice was burnt and dried out, making it completely inedible. The dumplings were soggy, drenched in an excessive amount of soy sauce, and looked revolting. The shrimp and steak combo was the most appalling dish I’ve ever seen, with tiny, gross-looking shrimp and raw, slimy steak covered in a disgusting brown sauce. The lo mein noodles were overcooked, greasy, and clumped together, making the entire dish look and taste repulsive.
To top it all off, the customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they were dismissive and unapologetic. This restaurant not only overcharges for their terrible food but also treats their customers with a complete lack of respect. I will never be ordering here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.
I have always ordered delivery from this place and now I've finally stepped inside for some dine-in experience. Tiffany, our server, was very attentive and unbelievably friendly. She made sure to check in when she could since there was a mountain of to-go orders being processed. The pictures are from Catepillar, Spider, and Volcano rolls. Top quality and great taste definitely a great experience!
Some of the most unappealing chicken I have ever eaten in my life. The chicken teriyaki was so slimy, it would just slip right down your throat if you weren’t careful. The meat was velveted for too long and lent to an off putting texture. The sauce was also very liquidy and tasteless which didn’t help.
The sushi roll was fine, it was mainly cucumber with a hint of krab. After eating the chicken though it was hard to stomach anything. The people running the restaurant were nice and attentive however.
The menu for this place is so big, they should focus on less things and do those well instead of trying to cater to everyone. Pass on this spot.
My normal Chinese restaurant was closed so I tried Tokyo for the first time. I think I might have been given the wrong food but I’m not sure. I ordered bourbon chicken with chicken fried rice and my plate was a mix of bourbon chicken and chicken with vegetables. It had carrots, green bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. And half of the chicken was cooked differently than the bourbon chicken, almost like stewed chicken. It was very weird. I picked out some of the chicken and threw the rest away. Was not happy with all the big chunks of barely cooked veggies
I have thought about coming here probably hundreds of times over the past years... and never have. Now I regret that... what I had today was far superior to any of the local takeouts.
Staff was friendly and attentive, and made me feel welcome. They apparently do a pretty good takeout business as there were a lot of people picking up takeout orders.
I ordered off the Chinese menus... and ordered Hot and Sour soup, and Crispy Sesame Beef. The waitress asked what spice level I wanted and I told her HOT.
The soup arrived and was very pretty... loaded with tofu, wood ear mushroom and lily. It was a little bland... not sour enough. Needed more Black Vinegar, IMO. But it was good... and thick too.
When they brought out the Crispy Sesame Beef, I was impressed... large portion, lovely plating, and beautifully cooked. And it tasted as good as it looked. Nice combination of sweet and savory... and had a little bit of heat to it also. The Rice was perfect to... easy to eat with chopsticks, and delicious!
I checked out the sushi bar after eating... and it looked really good and fresh too. The unagi was making me hungry again!!
I will need to come back and try other dishes.
I have order food ???? before.. Not sure ???? if they have new owner .. Food was not the same. rude people giving the service.. I Dine in on 09/2/23 the cashier guy was treating us like he was mad we got there to eat. We order 2 tea ☕️ they gave us the tea no sugar, we ask for sugar he gave us 5 domino sugar small packs.. we ask to please get more she gave us a big plate full and say there so you can get all you want.. the seafood soup ???? is nasty ???? is mis water with eggs maybe 4 pies of fake seafood. Hope this help them and they fix there attitude .. We were paying for the food and they act like they were upset at the customers..
Ordered from them for the first time (pick up) and very satisfied with the food. We got beef teriyaki bento boxes and loved it! I love that their online menu has pictures! It’s so much easier to order if you’re a first timer. Thank you guys!
Our server was amazing. The sesame all white meat chicken was incredible!!! Huge portions at a very reasonable price point. Their sticky rice is the real deal
