This place is a modern marvel, somehow they're still in business despite being the worst Tokyo Joe's in the city. Amazing work on being able to overcome all the bad service and below average food and somehow staying open. Keep up the bad work. As you can probably see from the video, they gave us ramen... with no broth! Literally no broth ramen! They are now changing the world of ramen with their innovations! As a Northfield resident, it super sucks having this place near us. Idk why I keep trying to give them a chance. I guess I'm the idiot, smh.
I’m so frustrated with this location. I’ve been eating at Tokyos for more than two decades now, but I don’t know if I can continue ordering from this store. I moved my business to this part of town three years ago and have been disappointed almost every single time I’ve ordered here since. Why do I keep coming back?! I guess I’m always hoping things get better because I normally love Tokyos, but it hasn’t happened yet. From rotten veggies, to dead bugs in my food, to incorrect orders and undercooked food, I just can’t take it anymore. I was supposed to get a refund for a dead fly in my food and that never happened. What is going on here?! I’m honestly, it’s kind of unbelievable.
I always love a quick stop here for a Poke Bowl. The staff is always kind and efficient. The ingredients are fresh and often is enough for two meals.
I go here 2-3 times a week. Love the Nikko salad with shrimp or steak.
Came in about 10-15 minutes before 8pm. Location closes 8:35 . Waited several minutes for them to say they have no white rice and are not making any more. Poor customer service. If employees are frustrated maybe just close the entire place early why have customers wait and deal with this. Ive gone to severalnother tokyo jo's with no problems around this time.
I have been going to tokyo joes once a week minimum since I first went there in June. Their food is super good and healthy, great for offseason bodybuilding or contest prep bodybuilding! I never get tired of it and everything from their menu is delicious and never gets old or isn't high quality. Their BYOB are the best though! I have been to every Tokyo Joe's in Colorado to date and when I found out they opened when within 10 min of my house, it blew my mind! So obviously they are the newest store, however their staff is awesome! They are very genorous with their portions and never mess up your order. I had the highest standards from opening day and they continue to oversatisfy me with their awesome food. This Joe's location is my main Joe's! Awesome staff and awesome food! 5 stars!!!!!
I've been to different restaurants and they all close even 10 minutes before the end of their shift (or even more). This restaurant was open until the time they said online. Not only that, the food was great and the customer service fantastic! I have to give special kudos to Knox, Gemma, Myles and Tommy for such welcoming and for always make sure I was assisted in everything I needed
Love love LOVE Tokyo Joe's! Get the Bento Box if you want variety. Get the Large Steak Bowl with 5 different veggies tossed in Spicy-Yaki sauce if you're like me. Or pick one of the numerous other proteins and almost a dozen sauce choices to match your selection, you can't go wrong. They have a great iced tea station too with lots of different types of iced tea fresh-brewed. And if you're health-conscious, you will be impressed. I'll miss this restaurant when I'm no longer around one, of that I'm certain.
