This place is amazing! I’ve been having issues with my car for a bit took it in they immediately figured it out went out of their way to check with my warranty to see if it would be covered with what they could do and when not they recommended me somewhere else.

They were so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! I cannot recommend this place enough!

My wife and I were traveling through town and our car broke down. We went to Todd's just because it was close by. They took such good care of us!!!! Sheldon dropped what he was doing and quickly found the issue (it ended up being simple) and fixed it on the spot. Due to the simplicity, they would not even charge us. We were back on the road before we knew it.

Thank you so much to the whole crew for saving our trip! I would recommend this company to anybody!

Had a power steering pump replaced, everything was fine with that. Called to check on the car, had a really unprofessional experience. Got it back. Next day antifreeze was pouring out, had it sent back to the shop, found out the thermostat gasket had blown, got it back issued resolved. HOWEVER. All antifreeze had been drained and not refilled? WHAT?? Then find out that bolts for the water pump to hold it down aren't there? When this wasn't a problem previously. Also the air filter bolts weren't tightened when this wasn't a problem previously either. I wanted to like Todd's, but at this point I'm super disappointed and absolutely will not ever recommend and or take a single one of my vehicles back.

They are fantastic! I have brought my car here twice and would do it again if I need something done. They are super nice and keep in contact with you so you know what's going on. Both times my car was finished same day. Definitely recommend!

Todd has been my goto place for older Chevy trucks. He stands behind his work, as I found out with an AC system.

This shop is THEE Best! Professional yet personal. My car's problems were explained to me in simple language. I was safely and quickly back on the road! THEE Best!!

I’m going to assume that this was a mistake and not attempted thievery but here what happened. My radiator was leaking so I replaced it. I guess I didn’t burp it good enough and it overheated on me. Tired of messing with it I took it to Todd’s to have them diagnose and fix it. They told me that the head gasket was blown and the motor was totaled. They then offered me $1000 for a car that was worth a lot more than that. I almost took the offer but luckily I didn’t I then almost sold the car for next to nothing. On a hunch I chose to get a second opinion and they told me they couldn’t fins anything wrong with it. Again it could’ve been an honest mistake but it broke my trust and I won’t be going back

We have used Todd’s Automotive for years and they are fantastic. I tell everyone I know that if they go anywhere else…it’s their own fault. Todd’s staff and technicians are all professional from the moment you walk in until you pick up your fixed car. We’ve had multiple vehicles with various problems repaired there over the years and every single time they are very communicative with us, explain what the problem is and best way to fix it…or NOT fix it. Todd has never over charged me a penny and I’ve never had to have them fix something they’ve missed…which is why we’ll keep going back! If your car is acting up….go to Todd’s Automotive! They’re the best shop in all SE Idaho.
