Todd's is the best! I needed a second opinion of a suggested repair that would have cost me over $4,000. I didn't realize a Chevrolet Equinox head gasket replacement could cost so much. Todd and his crew took a close look and determined it was not a bad head gasket. He took the time to explain and show me what he was seeing and why I was seeing a very small amount of oil on the engine. This is normal for an Equinox! In fact he told me he would not hesitate to jump in the vehicle and drive it across country in it's current condition. Very trustworthy!
Todd’s hero’d up for us and replaced my alternator on Good Friday as we were trying to get back to Illinois from Gatlingburg and broke down on the highway. Extremely good mechanics, they could have charged me anything and I would have had no choice but to pay it but they were extremely fair.
Horrible customer service, inconsistent information given, did not fix my vehicle's problem and it ended up being worse than when we brought it in, and cost my family our running vehicle plus approximately 1500 dollars. Never thought I would experience taking my vehicle to a repair shop to being robbed out of my money and a vehicle.

I have taken my cars here over and over again with full confidence. They are friendly, honest and very caring of what is best for the car. I've used them on a few occasions since Big O switched to new management. So far my experiences have been extremely positive. They seem professional and work quickly. What you hope for from a well run small businesses with the owner working next to the rest of his guys, they seem invested in doing a good job. Quality work while avoiding the upselling and other Shenanigans of the big chains.
Some other mechanic was going to scam my wife out of 2,400 and charged her 300 for an assessment.
Todd and his crew treated me like family and my wife's SUV, like if it was his wife or kid's vehicle.
Total cost to fix was $200, and he did it overnight.
We need more honest and reliable shops like Todd's Auto Repair in our society.

Absolutely amazing service. I took a car to another shop and they quoted me $2,500 for stuff they deemed, “absolutely necessary” such as a new belt tensioner, bearings, tie rods, and more. I wanted a second opinion as the car only had 57,000 miles and took it here and was so surprised when I got a call from Todd himself saying he replaced one part for $300. Everything else has no play and didn’t need to be replaced anytime soon which makes so much more sense. I have and will always take my cars here for the genuine service and complete honesty you get from Todd himself
