Poor quality. Overpriced, small portions. I saw $6 for low mein in the board and I ask for it, it ends up costing more than $15 and they had in it 2 more sides saying that’s how it’s come. The Bourbon Chicken that they give as simple is more tasty than the one they are serving. I got a dry and completely burnt chicken. Veggie was overcooked. But their Chicken Egg Rolls was delicious.
Better deals elsewhere.
Nobody speaks a word of English, or Spanish. They acted like they speak nothing. They just started dumping food into my to go plates. Stiff I didn't want. No clue that I'm telling them to stop. It's not in me to just walk away. My mother wanted bourbon chicken and lo mein, I did not want either, but I got bourbon chicken and lo mein. They just stare at me no matter what 5 languages I attempt. I managed to point at one of the items and the girl understood I wanted something else.
Food was good in taste but the meat portions are tiny. You get one scoop and one scoop only. If they scoop higher than the rim of the spoon, they dump it out. My mother actually finished her food. Is it because of them being in this mall? Is it management pinching every penny? Not even 2$ worth of food per combo.
12.99 wasted. This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had by far. The chicken was disgusting (just breading and fat) and the egg roll filling tasted funny. The lo mein was ok. All the food was lukewarm. For the price, just go to a buffet. You will at least get hot food.
The service was pretty good and the line moved quickly. The Teriyaki Chicken with white rice is good like always, but more expensive then the other malls.
This place is a scam.
My 15 year old daughters went today for a school competition. This place charged them for two plates and gave them only one plate and refused to refund.
Please do not take advantage of young children. Just because they are not with their parents please do not treat them this way.
What you did was not good for the business and the money you make unethical way does not last long.
Kindly change the way you treat children/minors.
Asked for a kids meal for my 6 yr old daughter, received a $25 meal + $3 for a drink (which the menu says is included), tried to get the problem fixed & the 'manager' said "it is what it is" & apparently 1/2 the crew does not speak English.
Absolutely terrible - if my daughter didn't really want this we would have walked.

5 stars, here's why.
I'm one of those people who loves cheap, guilty pleasure foods. People may hate a place like this, but I love it. The lo mein is not authentic in anyway, but it's addicting (let's be real) the bourbon chicken, and orange chicken just amazing (don't lie to yourself and say it's not). Not to mention the bourbon sauce is 10/10. Don't care about how much sodium or MSG is in this stuff, it's delicious. I hate the mall, I literally only come here for this food.
After letting me sample a good piece of orange chicken I ordered a small plate $8, and realized at my seat that they gave me the driest small parts of chicken. The lady serving was not pleasant and frankly i wasted $8. Def would never go again.
