Great place for new and used tires. I couldn't find 4 new tires anywhere for my SUV, which has an odd tire size. I bought 4 online at Tire Rack, had them delivered directly to TNT the very next day, then TNT balanced and installed them for me on the spot. They only charged me for the installation and didn't charge me anything for receiving the shipment. I saved a ton of money and my car rides like a dream.
I’ve been a TNT customer for years but as of now I will not be returning. During my last two recent visits I experienced VERY unpleasant customer service. One of the workers (only guy with tattoos on his arms) got mad because he jacked up the wrong side of my car. He stormed off and left my car on the jack and also threw the lug nut drill down so viciously it almost hit me. Another worker who is always very nice to me had to come and take my car off the jack. I refused service after that maniac episode. NOLA Tires is already stealing their customers, you’d think they would try to keep the little to none customers they do have. Smh
I've been to this place atleast 5 to 10 times over the past 15 years and received very average service which was not a problem but It's November 28 2023 and I tried them today and about 8 months ago and decided I didn't want to spend my money with them because I have never been to a tire shop and the workers expect you to get out of your car and come all the way into the shop to get service. These guys literally stood up once I pulled all the way into the shop stared at me and I guess when I didn't get out they sat back down This came off as very unprofessional arrogant rude and condescending so I left both times

These guys are awesome. Very quick, very friendly, and well priced. I pulled up during my lunch break and needed a hole plugged and my tires rotated. They weren't busy at the time so they were able to do it in 7 minutes! Highly recommend. Very impressed with TNT.

I went to TNT tires yesterday 1/19/22 because of low air in my tire. The taller attendant immediately had a negative attitude and finally put air in my tire. I asked if there was a nail in the tire and he was too lazy to even check and see. The shorter heavier attendant who has worked there a long time said to go to Honda and get it fixed. I have gone to TNT Tires many times and this was the rudest I have seen him act. I feel sorry for the owner if this is the best help he can get. There was a nail in my driver's front side tire and Honda repaired it. TNT help treats customers disrespectfully and unprofessionally. Hope the owner can at least read this review. Tried to call him and warn him how lazy and unprofessional these two workers are when he is not around but could not get a hold of him. He needs to know how badly his help handles his customers. If I could give a lower rating I would.Terrible service and terrible attitude.
Guys have been there for 22 years service is great and they're knowledgeable... plus they've become a pillar of the community.
