Had my car since November it’s now January 2024? No updates and when you try to call they rarely answer. I just want to know what’s going on with my car. Cool people, however they need to do better with their business/customer service.
Mo is a very good mechanic and deals with honesty and integrity with his customers. I like him because he gives his customers a good resolution, and tries to work out every problem with them in mind, and at a price that we can afford. Honesty is hard to find today.
⚠️ STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!! This shop replaced my engine back in March of 2022 and my engine blew out again in September 2022! After my warranty company paid over $18,000 to the owner they gave me back my vehicle with a severe oil leak. I contacted them to tell them my engine was leaking oil and the owner “Moses” insured me that he fix the leak and offered me a whole year of free oil changes. Not even 2 days later my car stopped running altogether. This man lied and told my warranty company that he informed me that I had another leak, which he did not, and now I’m without a vehicle. This man scammed SilverRock warranty and Allstate by saying he fixed parts that was never touched. This man will put your car together only to keep you coming back and spending more money with him. He is very unprofessional and tries to shift blame when he doesn’t want to take accountability for his half A$$ work. I thought bc this was a black owned business that they would do the job correctly but not this man. If you want your car to be fixed DO NOT GO HERE!!
Lowell Moses did a phenomenal job on my car... insurance tried to total it and he still fixed it... it runs so smooth and looks amazing! He even went above and beyond to make sure i wasn’t struggling to have a car while it was in the shop! He helped me out so much I’m completely thankful for accidentally finding him! If anything goes wrong I’ll will definitely be going back to him! Thank Moses i appreciate you more then words can explain.. this review might be all over the place but I’m just excited it looks amazing! I have my Stella (my car name) back lol
Superior Customer Service and Fast INEXPENSIVE Service.
They had my car for 7 days and wouldn't answer the phone so I could check on it. He took my car to put brakes and roters on and I paid 550.00 my car had to be towed back to my house. I wouldn't suggest this shop to ANYONE!!!!! After paying 65.00 to come out and give me a diagnostic ... It was a brake booster/ master cylinder! And a mechanic shop couldn't tell me this while they had my car!!!!!!??????!!!HORRIBLE
Moses saved me 1000.00 Tire Plus quoted me almost 1900.00 took my car to Moses for the 1st time paid about 900.00 he is my mechanic now good work ???? ????
My car was park in my apartment parking lot i was about to my car the guy was towing the car i told the guy that car is mine and he told he has to tow or pay $175. I spoke with his boss and he told me in a polite way that talk to the apartment office. I told the guy let me call the manager of the apartment society but he was rude he told give me the money otherwise i will tow your car and forcely he charged me and i have to pay money for no reason.
