Charged more than the price on the board. When asked for clarification, she began yelling and being defensive. She continuously complained about her cost of business going up and she has to "do what she has to do". As a customer you should not be yelled at and as a business owner you should have basic customer service skills for PAYING customers.
We've been coming here now for the last 6ish months and we've had nothing but exceptional haircuts and customer service! We highly recommend her services for the whole family :)
They charged me over price but it was okay haircut
Gal was rude. The place was CASH only. The lady told me there's an ATM around the corner at a food mart. I tried it. Maximum withdrawal is $20, and they charged $2.99 for withdrawal. Now, being a Wellsfargo customer, and non-wellsfargo ATM, there's additional $2.50 charge on top of that $2.99. That's $5.50 loss out of the gate. These criminal enterprises do money laundering and tax evasions, it's why they need to get cash, even if their customers are paying the price for it! Just Say HELL NO!!!!
I was the only customer there. I only go because it is close, but she jacked her prices up sky high. My wife said it was too short, but it will grow back. Quite frankly, I would prefer a cosmetology school next time.
I love going here! Lynn is So nice! The other lady is really nice as well (I forgot her name! So sorry!). They both do really great jobs cutting hair
