TJ’s is one of our local favorites from Tuesday soup flights to the new wood fired pizzas to my husband’s favorite Mahi blackened tacos! Looking forward to pulling up in our boat this summer to enjoy it from a different angle!
Update: Down graded to 2 stars from 5. Went to eat there on a Sunday night. My grinder got a substituted from a sub roll to a sweat bun (not good with a grinder) and was not told about this until the food came out. My girlfriend got the Hawaiian Pork that was supposed to come with pepper jack cheese, sauce and a pineapple. Well there was no pepper jack cheese and no sauce on it. She also upgraded to sour cream cheddar tots for an extra $6. She got 6 of them and they looked left over, so that $1 per tot. We asked about both sandwiches and the waitress said she forgot to tell me about being out of sub rolls. She also said that she must have grabbed the wrong Hawaiian Pork and the one we got was a special order. I’m not buying that line. She then said she would take care of the Hawaiian, so we thought that meant, no pay, well we were really wrong. It meant 20% off that sandwich only. Ya…needless to say, we are VERY disappointed with TJ’s and will not be coming back for a while. I would not recommend going to eat there at this time. Wait until the staff is trained. This place USED to good.
Old review: Good as always. Service was good overall. Getting our second beers took about 15 minutes which was not great but like everywhere right now they are short staffed. I got the blackened chicken taco’s and they were excellent.
I went here tonight on a first date and even though it was cold and rainy, and nobody was sitting outside, It was a fantastic experience.
We were seated at the exact time our reservation was set for, our waitress was so friendly and recommended the cheese curds. The cheese curds were probably the best I've ever had!!
The food was delicious. I would highly recommend checking this place out like right now!!
Osso Bucco is amazing! Also known as the pork shank. Get the Harbor Nachos you won’t be disappointed!The drinks are really good too! We will be back in the summer to check out the lake view!!
We sat upstairs. Unfortunately, we were next to a wall that looked as if it was under construction. Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice. The lake views are great. Service was excellent, and so was the food. I had the salmon dinner.
Food was good, but definitely not worth the price. A lot of the staff in training. Waited over 15 minutes to get a beverage. Accommodations are not comfortable or handicap friendly. A lot of stairs and chairs and tables very tall. It was difficult for short people to get up on the chairs. We didn't see any regular seating.
Really great food with an awesome lake view. The Gumbo was amazing and I wish I ordered a bowl. The Chicken Salad was delicious and large enough to share especially with the yummy soup. This was my first time but I will be back!
We love this place. I've been there three times in the past few weeks!
