TJ is a wizard. My Jaguar was in the shop for 11 months at 4 different mechanics!! No one could figure out my actual problem... they just threw thousands of dollars in parts at it. I took it to TJ and he figured it out in 5 hours! He's the best mechanic I've ever had and if he ever moves I'm selling my car.
TJ recently repaired my car, fixing all minor and major issues. His services exceeded my expectations in every regard, from communication to quality of work. I highly recommend him for any auto repairs or maintenance. I appreciated many aspects of his help. Below is what I’m most grateful for, an example of how TJ goes above and beyond.
My clutch was blown, dropped through the floor. Alarmed and stressed, TJ immediately responded to my texts. Got my girl into the shop and reassured me within the hour.
Once my flywheel was out, he sent me pictures. The auto-evidence and our conversation pinpointed the cause. I had been driving my standard incorrectly since getting her years ago. I likely would have never learned what I was doing wrong, or how to improve without TJ’s help.
TJ’s substantially knowledge and his willingness to share were the best learning circumstances for me. Friends and YouTube videos didn’t cut it. Going to pick up my car, TJ began with verbal explanations, paired with auto parts. After pinpointing my habit that destroyed my clutch, he drove me round back streets, showing me his technique and fielding my questions. He was patient and informative without overwhelming. Next, he offered feedback while I drove (and stalled-out). I learned the new order of maneuvers and how to read my RPMs to guide my shifting. I felt like I was learning to walk again. Yet TJ never spoke down to me, nor did he up-charge me for the 2-hour learning session.
If anyone else had repaired my car, I would have unintentionally driven her into the ground again. TJ repaired my car and my misconceptions. No other auto repair has added to my pool of lie skills. TJ is a highly capable mechanic, as well as a generous person. You will be lucky to have him on your team when auto issues arise.
Tj is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person to work with. He is extremely experienced in all aspects of the auto repair industry and can figure out almost any problem. TJ is a great guys and a very knowledgeable car enthusiast. He repaired my car in 4 days that would take the dealer atleast 3 weeks. Very transparent about the repairs.
