Just stopped by to check on availability for state inspection. Employee basically yelled at me and said, “stop talking to me I’m trying to work.” I would NEVER do business there or recommend to anyone.
Went for an inspection on the last day of the month bad procrastinator. Got there about 7:30 hoping to be one of the first the mechanic got there about 7:40 gave him a few minutes to be settled in and then went in about 7:50am. He was very welcoming and told us to drive the car in and he checked and everything and had the new sticker on by 8 am. Was so fast and friendly great experience would recommend and go to for any future service needs. Other local places don't seem interested in doing the inspection I assume where they don't make much money from it.
He's not a people person. He fixes cars. His hours are wacko because he has family concerns. I don't go there because he smokes like a chimney. But he does good work if you can put up with him not answering the phone & leaving in the middle of the day at whenever he feels like.
My wife is traveling from GA to PA and hit something on the hwy causing a slow leak in her tire due to a small slit. She pulled in to get her tire looked at and they had her tire off, showed her the issue, patched it and had it back on the car and her on her way in under 30 minutes even though they were busy already. If I could buy those gentlemen a beverage of their choice I would to thank them from the stress they have lifted off my shoulders for all of $20.
My husband was telling them about his car and the guy told him to get out the way of the door and closed the door on him. We think it’s because no one in the garage was wearing a mask, but my husband was. No matter the reason, it was rude and uncalled for. Me and the kids were in the car and saw what happened. We just left and prayed the car wouldn’t catch fire.
This guy held my only vehicle for a week. Never would answer the phone and has no answering service. He had my number, when I finally got in touch with him a week later he said he didn't know what was wrong with it, that "maybe it just needed some gas". He never even brought it into the garage. I had to tow it again just up the street and they had it diagnosed that day. Do not go to this guy.
Called in to ask about an inspection got hung up on. Called again and managed to get ahold of someone and proceeded to ask about a car inspection and the man sarcastically said about 8am that day. It’s was 1PM. If you would like to be blatantly disrespected immediately this is the place to go.
Went here to get an inspection. Went to the office area to ask. This man actually yelled at me. He said yelling I am only one person and why are you standing there. I told him I just wanted to see if you had time. He said again I'm only one person and then he said you can't rush me. I can't believe what I experienced. Don't ever go here. He does not deserve your business.
