They couldn't do the design I wanted, which wasn't a huge issue. However, once they started doing my nails, the lady there filed more skin than nail until I started bleeding. The acrilics are super thick and uneven. There are places the where the nail glue is still attached to the skin. She barely said anything to me. It just wasn't a nice experience.
This is the second chance I gave this place and I am highly unsatisfied. My first set of acrylics from Titus nails were ok but not the greatest. They lasted about 7 days before lifting from the cuticle. I gave them a second chance and I am even more disappointed this time around! 3 days! This set lasted 3 days and are lifting and one came completely off. When I called to speak to someone I was informed I would have to pay to have them fixed after just spending $298 for a full set and a pedicure 3 DAYS AGO! I DO NOT recommend Titus nails for anyone unless you want to be ripped off.
Titus Nail & Spa fit me and my friend in even when we were running late. I got a gel manicure and showed my tech, Nyny, the design I wanted and she did amazing! She never hurt my cuticles and even offered suggestions on how to make the design even prettier. Afterwards we decided to get pedicures on a whim and they accommodated us for that too. All and all it was a great experience and I’ll be recommending this place to my friends!
Always a treat to get a mani pedi with the ladies at Titus Nails. Excellent service and reasonable prices. Updated to add they have new pedi products that are wonderful! Two thumbs up ???? ????
Left with bloody cuticles on every finger!!! Absolutely terrible. Cut my cuticles with the electric drill over and over and they did not do anything about it, just kept going and still
Paid $55. I never expect free service and I understand this can happen sometimes. But to walk out of there with a paper towel for my fingers is uncalled for. Very painful, very unhappy. First time there and don’t plan on going back.
They BURNED my skin with eye brow wax. And upper lips. They also dyed my eyebrows with a cream NOT TO BE USED ON EYEBROWS. I asked for brown and they dyed them jet black. Asked what they used and read the back. Owner contacted !! Told her the technician should NOT be working there named DANA. She has no clue
Nails hit and miss here. Gel Nails popped right off within 1 week. Did not use product I originally asked for. Weird this was my 2nd nail visit .

The pedicure was great. Watch pricing seems some discrepency. Seems to change amount and services. No menu handed. But very happy w my pedicure.

Manicure. He didn’t take the polish all the way to my cuticle on half of my nails. It’s a week later and half of them look really grown out because of that and it’s chipping on some of my nails. Sadly will not be returning.
