The service was not good at all. They were friendly but it took a lot of time to order/get refills.
The food was good not great. I tried the Veggie Nachos, Veggie Quesadilla and a Beef Empanada. The Veggie entrees all had a nice mixture of Bell Peppers, tomato, lettuce, and onions. The beef in the empanada tasted more like stewed beef without much seasoning but was surprisingly good.
Overall the prices were on point. I would recommend if you don't mind slow service.
We came for an employee lunch and found the service was friendly, knowlegable and efficient. The food was excellent. Make sure you order a side of guacamole! The have milkshakes with different flavors of tropical fruits as well as all of the usual Mexican dishes. I ordered the shrimp burrito and it was top notch
Great fish tacos. Nice place for a date night. Or a luncheon. Service was absolutely great. Attentive and friendly. I will definitely go back. When I'm up that way again.
Food is really great but the service is no bueno….
Wasn’t greeted upon coming in… the hostess just started walking with menus and we just assumed to follow her??
Sat at our table for almost 10 minutes before being greeted or even getting water.
Once we got our food we were never checked on & had to flag someone down to get the bill.
Never saw our waitress again.
The place was near empty too so not sure what the staff was preoccupied with????
Sad because this place has so much potential and the food is really good.
Management needs to train the staff.
We were in the Pittsfield area on vacation and decided to try Tito's based on the other positive reviews. Diana, our server was awesome! She greeted us with a smile and made sure everything was OK with us the entire time we were there. I had the Melted Chimmichanga ( hope I spelled that right) which was terrific! Very flavorful and tasty! The place was decorated very nicely and music was great. I hope to visit here again the next time I'm in the area. Give this restaurant a try. It's worth the trip.
Had a great margaritas that tasted like it was made either real juices vs sour mix. My husband ordered a mole chicken dish and I ordered a steak and chicken dish with a cilantro sauce. It was delicious. The cuts of steak were a little tougher than I prefer, but the flavor was spot on. We enjoyed our meal and left there stuffed!
Tito's is back open with a new owner. I have only been once at this point but the food was very good with large portions. Will update this review once I have been back a few more times. I have been back several times now and the food has been excellent. The Carnitas Dinner, Taquitos Mexicano, Tacos del Rio and soft Chimicanga are outstanding. Plus they have Modelo which is hard to find in the restaurants here in the Berkshires.
Food was awesome. Very tasty. They have lunch specials and a variety of selections for vegetarians as well. With a wide selection of drinks and dessert. This makes a very good place for lunch or dinner. They also have an authentic made in front of you guacamole stand.
